Less than zero. This is the absolute worst company I have ever bought anything on line from. They scam you with a subscription you don’t see check marked when you order, continue to charge your card after you demand they stop. Have a never ending escalation for complaints that just reply with the same message sent by someone else. Save your money and don’t give them a dime.

I placed an order to try the tablets. They sent another order and stated I signed up for a subscription. After 3 days of back-and-forth emails, I was told my account was canceled.
Here it is two weeks later, and I receive an email of a package being shipped.
Is there something that can be done about how they do business, this is ridiculous.

If I could give zero stars I would. The product is just so-so. When I tried to cancel you would have thought I was dealing with Xfinity. What a bunch of clowns. Their customer service is at best demeaning; at worst, very very shitty.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Order took almost 1 month to arrive. Then they put me on auto refill which I did not sign up for. Now I am struggling to get it canceled and get a refund after 13 day. Customer service gets back to you quickly but nothing is ever resolved.

I ordered this product on May 4th, and I emailed several times asking where it was. They eventually did send tracking info that only said it was ordered. After back-and-forth emails requesting a refund and declining any further charges, they said it had shipped, so they couldn't give a refund. It was delivered June 10th, and on June 5th they charged me for a subscription that I did not place. They ignored my repeated emails requesting to cancel any further transactions or charges. They did answer my emails, but I think it was AI, cause they never addressed what I wrote; only that they "apologize for the delay, but the item has shipped." I reported them to my CC and to the BBC.

Advertised as made in the USA; however, once you receive tracking information it clearly shows it is coming from China! Next, false ingredient list. Next, it is. Subscription that they hide that fact from you; you end up being grossly charged each month. Lastly, customer service is a farce, totally lie to your face.

Tried emailing to cancel order and needed shipment stopped.

Made the mistake of believing the ad. Fast shipping! Money back guarantee! All lies. Ordered weeks ago. No product. Emailed company. Rote response, "still in shipping, can't refund". And now two more charges that I did not approve.
I am disputing them through my bank. What a headache. Don't order.

If i could give this company negative stars I would. I ordered the promotional offer and only got half of it. I did not sign up for a monthly subscription, but 1 month later I am charged $150 and the tracking on what is supposed to be sent just keeps saying its on its way, but never updates and never arrives. Customer service sends an auto response that they will respond in 48 business hours, but they never respond. I think I canceled the membership I didn't sign up for, but i will be reporting fraud to my bank and getting ALL of my money back.

Company lies about it being made in & bring shipped from the USA. Took 3 weeks to receive the product from China. Ingredients listed were not accurate. They automatically charged my card 4 more times a few days apart, all different amounts. Customer service is AI. The phone number doesn't work. Their support pages "are down". Had to cancel credit card. Horrible experience.

EarthLine naturals is a scam company, they don’t tell you that when you place an order with them you will be signed up for a monthly membership fee of 23.99. When I called to complain about it they said oh well since you are canceling within the 24 hour window we can refund the charge they then state that the refund department needs to review it first. Then you get another email asking why you want to cancel. Then a couple days later they state oh well we researched your account and you are signed up for the membership please let us know if you have any questions on how to use it. They have no intention of giving refunds as the other dozens of people on here can testify to. Horrible company its also based out of China so you can never talk with anyone.

I read on here how they enroll you into a subscription without authorization so I sent them an email saying I better not be on a subscription and if so cancel it. The next day, which was only 2 days after I received my first order and they say its too late and there's another charge on my account. I immediately called the bank and reported fraud. I also contacted the BBB and filed a formal complaint! Stay clear!

They do not even deserve one star. SCAM! Very similar experiences with no support or product. And, yes, more charges!
I had to cancel my credit card to stop the charges. PLEASE avoid this company.

SCAM from beginning to end, not only did they never send me what I was charged for then they started charging me a monthly recurring fee. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE MONEY.

I have decided that this Earthline Naturals company is a scam. Zero stars is a more accurate rate. I ordered a product to try. They signed me up for a subscription without my knowledge, led me to believe this company is in the US - it. is. not! I’ve exchanged countless emails trying to get the product that I have paid for. Meanwhile- they charged me for another order that I did not request - hence the automatic subscription. The order that I actually made was on April 15, 2026 - and 50 days later I still have no product, the order they automatically charged me for on May 15 also has not been received. There is no phone number. So I have emailed multiple times only to get responses of how they understand my frustration and they are working on it. So I guess they’ve stolen $100 from me. I’m so sick of scammers. And apparently the people who gave good “reviews” of the products on the website are part of the scam as well.

If I could give no stars I would. Not a USA company, and if they claim to be note that they ship from somewhere overseas. I ordered on 11 May and it’s now 4 June. Still no product and this is after their website states it takes 5-7 business days for processing and 5-7 business days to ship. We are well past that point friends. I emailed them and finally after the third one, they tell me they are tracking and have updated. The product appears to finally have arrived in the USA. I will be calling my credit card people… unacceptable!

SCAM ARTISTS!! They ripped me off $27.00. I sent 4 complaint emails where they continued to lie. I asked for a refund, they refused. I'm telling everyone on their FB and Instagram ads not to buy. They should be ashamed making a living on ripping people off. I've also reported them to the better Business Bureaus. SCAM!!!🤬

I really feel scammed. It's been nearly 30 days since my order was placed and I STILL don't have the product. I also had no idea it was drop shipped from outside of the country. Don't waste your time or your money. I plan on disputing this with my CC if they don't respond to my request for a refund.

I NOW REALIZE THAT WHEN AN ORDER IS PLACED Earthlinenaturals AUTOMATICALLY SIGNS THE CUSTOMER FOR A SUBSCRIPTION WITHOUT NOTIFYING THEM AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. ON TOP OF THAT Earthlinenaturals H2 TABLETS ARE DROP SHIPPED FROM CHINA AND YOU BE LUCKY TO GET ANY PRODUCTS RECEIVED TO THE U.S. WITH IN A MONTHS TIME. THEIR H2 TABLETS ARE NASTY TASTING AND DO NOT WORK. I KNOW THIS BECAUSE I HAVE USED ANOTHER H2 COMPANY WITH GOOD RESULTS.
