The magnets were easy to apply and stayed on my skin well. I did seem to get some relief in my shoulder as that was the reason I purchased them.

Highly recommend
Really happy with my purchase, i have been sleeping so much better since using the seeds in my ear.
I was also suffering with painful legs at night which seem to have improved since using. Very pleased.
I highly recommend people give them a try.

Very tricky to put on.
When I put first one on with the tweezers it flicked out and I lost it. I got another one on and that was gone by the end of the day.
I’m still to try again.

Ever hopeful for some pain relief from…
Ever hopeful for some pain relief from Fibromyalgia and Arthritis. After 8 days- 2 x 3 days for magnets on my lower back, I am getting some relief. However, I struggle with lifting the magnets off the strips and placing on my back. A bit too small and fidgety. But may continue.

I have suffered from anxiety for years. I think the accu seeds are helping reduce my symptoms. It’s my second week of use, and I will definitely be continuing to see if there are long term benefits.

Positive and Negative
The seeds seem to be helping lift my mood and lessen anxiety. A few have come off after 2 days which is disappointing as I have used more than necessary!

Helps with migraine
I have received the ear seeds as a gift. It takes a bit of practice to place them correctly, but once on, they stay on. I suffer from migraines, and it has helped significantly reduce their frequency, and I am definitely taking fewer painkillers during attacks. Also, don’t be surprised if your ear becomes red or sensitive; according to the flow chart, this is absolutely normal and indicates an imbalance in the area of the body (where the seed is placed on the ear). At first, I removed my patch, but after reading the information, I placed a new one on. It will settle down soon enough. Overall, I am very happy and cannot wait to try other products!

Crystal ear seeds fall off
Bought the crystal ear seeds which are lovely but unfortunately the crystal doesn’t stay on longer than a day and you’re left with just a normal seed.
