Return policy was flawless.
I thought the skitunes worked more like a walkie-talkie via Bluetooth but instead you could only talk by calling oneanother. And since my kid doesn't have a phone yet it was not what I was searching about. Even then returning it was effortless and easy. Product would be great for 2 adults, must buy/use instead of airpods.

Although the products were not quite what I was hoping for in regards to function, the return experience went great. Great communication and it was very reasonable regarding restocking fees. I would recommend these guys for future purchases.

Fascia con cuffie incorporate molto pratica da usare se vuoi ascoltare la tua musica preferita mentre pratichi sport, Io l'ho usata sotto il casco da sci , per andare a ciaspolare e a camminare. Molto semplice da collegare allo spotify , la musica si sente benissimo , inoltre lo trovata molto pratica anche per rispondere alle telefonate senza dover tirare fuori il cellulare dalla giacca ed evitando così di congelarmi le dita delle mani. Sono molto soddisfatta dell'acquisto.

The company acted quickly and issue was in less than 24 hours. Ended up being an order error on my part, but not hearing from customer service when I reached out was frustrating. Resolved now to satisfaction.

In 1/2025 I ordered 2 for
My kids. No issues. In 11/2025 I ordered one as a Christmas present for my nephew. Was charged, never received. I have attempted to contact customer services many times. Never responded. I have an order number, tracking in the Shop app. No response.

Great product

While the headphones function, it’s really as a minimum for them to meet the product description. I will say they connect easily to my phone and are able to fit under my helmet. However, they really feel and sound like they’ve been shipped from a very cheap third party manufacturer and had a label slapped on. Music quality sounds like my 2005 wired apple headphones and the stitching in the headband itself is loose and feel like the two headphones could slip out at any point. Considering when I bought this, the advertised RRP was £60 (discounted to £30), I really wouldn’t say it’s a value for money. Next time, I’d buy something exactly the same on Amazon for half the price

The cooperation with the company was very good, the parcel arrived at a satisfactory time and I was fully informed about its location constantly. The headphones have good quality for the reason I need them, I just would prefer the sound going louder and being the little tighter on my head! Thank you.
