Advertised as SonicNord. I ordered on a deal and bought two for a upcoming ski trip. 2wks later they still hadn't arrived so ski trip over I came home to a package, once oped I noticed they said Energy and not SonicNord as advertised, so I went on the hunt and discovered TEMU sell that product Energy for £4.65 so dont get scammed like i did.
This is just the same as much cheaper options, poor quality and false representation of the product in advertising. The "hassle free" return policy is far but hassle free with emails, photos and shipping costs. Do not recommend this product.
I originally bought it for skiing, and i definitely used them for that which was great, but now i use them for running aswell. Really like them!
I used to wear AirPods on the slopes but we all know where they end up xd. Verry cool product, good quality and overall just good experience!

I’ve only awarded 1 star as zero isn’t an option. I fell for all the glitz and glamour on Facebook with their advertising. I placed an order on the 13th January 2026. Email confirmation came through straight away. Tracking update on the 16th Jan alas here I am on the 1st Feb without my goods. I’ve contacted them to say I’d like a refund and keep being asked for a little more patience as be rest assured the items will be delivered.
I have zero faith. Scammers. Avoid!

DO NOT USE - drop shipping from China, packaging doesn't even have the brand on at all, the components are literally stitched into a cheap headband, a hole is cut in the fabric to allow for the charger to get to the battery with no finish at all.

To clarify, Sonic Nord is designed in Europe and manufactured through our production partners overseas, which is standard practice across the electronics industry. This does not mean the product is “drop shipped” or unbranded.
Regarding packaging and finish: the Audio Headband 2.0 is intentionally built with removable internal speakers so the fabric can be washed. The charging port opening is part of that functional design, not a defect.
That said, if your unit arrived with a genuine quality issue, we absolutely want to inspect it and resolve it. Please contact our support team with photos and your order number, and we’ll take care of it promptly.

Same as the cheapest one on amazon. Literally, the same one. No Sonic Nord Branding.
Its huge, cheap really unusable, and they know it. Return is around £30 shipping costs to make it unviable.

Sonic Nord is not a rebranded Amazon product. While many audio headbands may look similar externally, our Audio Headband 2.0 uses a specific open-ear speaker configuration, glove-friendly controls, and battery setup designed specifically for winter sports use.
Regarding sizing, the headband is intentionally designed to fit comfortably under helmets and cover the ears fully in cold conditions. That said, fit can vary depending on personal preference and helmet type.
On returns: we are fully transparent about return shipping costs in our policy, and we do not inflate them to discourage returns. International return shipping is unfortunately determined by carrier rates, not by us.

False advertising - Not a quality branded product; product when image searched on delivery these are same item £7 on amazon from China absolute cheap rubbish - avoid !!

Product and packaging is unbranded. Feels poor quality and looks nothing like the photos. I have a large head and the band is loose fitting even for me. Incompatible with helmets as buttons are covered by the helmet, or you have to pull it down under the helmet in which case the band covers your eyes. Have emailed for a return and refund.

The headband is designed to sit fully over the ears and under a helmet liner. Button placement is positioned for use through the helmet with light pressure. However, helmet shapes and fit can vary significantly, which can affect accessibility and fit depending on the model used.

How on earth is this product supposed to work with a ski helmet? The control panel situated on the forehead of the audio band is completely covered by the helmet when putting it on, making the audio band inoperative when on the go. The size of the Audio band is also far too big for the average head. This has been an absolute waste of money as the product is not fit for the purpose it was intended in any way, shape or form.

The Audio Headband is specifically designed to be worn fully over the ears and underneath a ski or snowboard helmet. The control panel is positioned to allow button access through the helmet using light pressure, rather than needing direct skin contact.
That said, helmet shapes and internal padding vary significantly between brands and models, which can affect fit and button accessibility. In some cases, slight repositioning of the band before putting the helmet on resolves this.

Got this for my ski trips and it's amazing! My ears used to get so cold but not anymore. Sound quality is great and I love that I can answer calls without taking off my gloves. All my girlfriends want one now after seeing mine on the mountain!

I'm crazy about skiing so I can listen to music all day. This lets me do exactly that without frozen ears. Battery lasts forever!
