so i ordered a mobility scooter, 2days later after realizing it would not meet my needs in full, i telephoned to cancel, was told someone would call me back , a different department,
( I think you know where this is going )
didn't not get my call back, filled in the online form, I also have called back, was told there is no direct number to give you, and was told they would be reminded followed by il put you through. which didn't make sense. i asked if my details were needed was told no i know who you are. i though to myself what the hell does that mean my second call, not like im barking down the phone every 10 minutes !. then the phone got put down on me , bear in mind i though this didn't actually say it it. seems they are waiting for said item to be dispatched and then it will be oohhh sorry its already dispatched. please refund my moneys in full and stop messing around! if able, i will keep you updated on the website it claims 1.5K reviews , in fact its 96.. < tut tut bit of a scam and it isn't 4.8 either

Mark at Walsall could not be more helpful .told us to take our time in deciding which chair we wanted .he explained what was the best chair was for my disability .the 2 delivery men where very helpful and friendly.could not be happier with this firm.

From purchasing a chair and bed from the Telford store, thank you Ros, to the delivery, by Lawrence & Steve, the experience has been excellent. The professionalism provided by all company members, including Sandra, has been reassuring. Consequently it is very easy for me to wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Excellent comprehensive service. Abigail (Stafford branch) answered all our questions on the phone again when we visited . The purchase was an IM4 Elite power chair (all terrain )which was an excellent choice for our needs as we are caravaners and spend a lot of leisure time outdoor, in fields and Showgrounds. Fits through a standard doorway.The chair folds neatly in the boot with the controller placed in the pouch behind the seat.Leaving space for small suit cases/bags. It does take two people to lift in comfortably. The joystick navigation is easy to conquer .The chair must be with its owner at all times as it has no key lock ,hence no security . insurance is optional.The lithium battery takes 6hrs to fully charge.

No pressure, Alan in sales very helpfull, and Laurence and Steve so pleasant, set up my chair and explained everything patiently, I'm very happy with service

From purchase to delivery we received a great service. On delivery Lawrence was very respectful, helpful and patient and clearly explained the demonstration.

Lawrence and Steve delivered my mother's riser/recliner chair on time and took away the old one. Steve explained the workings of the chair to my mother clearly so that she is now a happy lady. Thanks

Lawrence delivered my Model M scooter today and he was professional and took the time to explain fully how to assemble the scooter and also demonstrated what to do. Absolutely brilliant service from Lawrence and Marc, Went above and beyond with installation of the chair, explaining every function and making sure we were happy before leaving with demonstrations of all the functions. Tried the chair in a few different positions within the room and although I felt like a pain asking they were more than happy to help and make sure customer satisfaction was top of their Priority, Best customer service I have witnessed in a long time. Wylde Green's branch of easylivingmobility have been excellent. They were very patient when I tried out a few riser/recliner chairs. Lawrence and Steve were extremely helpful in delivering my chair, placing it carefully in my lounge, setting the chair up and went through the controls so I know how to use the chair properly. Great service.

Jane (in the merryhill shop) helped me choose the perfect electric wheelchair. She was very kind, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable about the products.
Lawrence delivered, demonstrated and explained very well everything thing I needed to know about the chair.

Louise at Wylde Green shop was very helpful in helping us to choose which style and size of riser/recliner chair was most suitable. She then arranged delivery within three days. Eminence chair was delivered on time by Lawrence and Steve, quickly assembled and the controls fully explained. The overall service exceeded our expectations.

Laurence and Steve delivered my mom's recliner/riser chair today well within the time slot given. They were both very pleasant and after putting the chair together showed my mom how to use the remote control and made sure she understood. Very impressed with the service.

Today had our cosycloud recliner chairs delivered by Lawrence and Steve.worked very well together.steve put our chairs together and kept us informed as to what he was doing. Staff at the shop were very helpful and knew full details of the power chairs. We told him what I needed and he was able to show us 3 chairs that might suit our needs. As I was awaiting a hospital appointment to discuss my future likely needs, we didn't buy that day and felt no pressure from the shops staff to do so. On returning about 3 weeks later, we bought a lovely chair, exactly what I needed. All the staff have been lovely. Adam in the shop was very helpful, showing us the best way to put the chair in the car boot.
It was delivered a few days later. I had a telephone call to confirm a suitable time for delivery.
Lawrence arrived at the time agreed. He checked the chair over and then went through all the important parts with us, giving us useful advice. Both Adam and Lawrence were very patient and gave an excellent service. Highly recommend Easy Living Mobility. They have a huge range of other mobility items too.

Purchased a chair via their webpage. Chair was delivered within a week and installed by Lawrence and Steve, who also demo'd how to use it.
