Lawrence delivered my Alum Pro mobility scooter and gave me a full demonstration of the scooter including assembly and dis-assembly he was very helpful. The Scooter itself is exactly what i was looking for in terms of comfort and cost and the fact it can be stored in a car boot once diss assembled.

Lawrence & Riley delivered our chair nice and early, they where also patient, because we forgot to unlock the gates at bottom of lane and my phone was still on silent, so they walked all up the lane to reach our door. they fitted it together for us. They were very pleasant and help full. So far very pleased with chair.

I have a Acrobot X mobility scooter and required a replacement battery for it. I contacted easyliving (Jessica) who I found both polite and help full who identified the required battery. I ordered the battery and it arrived on time as promised. I would reccomend this company

A big thank you to Mark in the store at Walsall, he spent much time with the other half (Wife) talking through the options, giving a practical demonstration in the store. He gives confidence that he knows the product he is offering, (Not afraid to tell you if the item is not for you, and the reason). Very pleasant, welcoming and informative. Also a big thank you the Lawrence the delivery driver, very pleasant young man. checked that we knew how the machine operated, and took time to also demonstrate safety features, like checking the seat is locked when preparing the chair for use. Keep the good work up.

Can't express just how pleased we are with our riser chairs. The 2 people who installed them - Lawrence and Steve - were very efficient. They left no mess and explained everything so we knew exactly how to operate the chairs. From the viewing and ordering with Ross in the shop, to the delivery (VERY quickly) it has been way above our expectations. My husband and I would highly recommend them

Shocking customer service, thankfully I didnt buy anything because it was such a shambles. I would have hated buying and then having to try deal with them (thats WHEN they actually answer the phone!)

Hi, I have just received my wifes emax folding scooter from Easy living mobility. I am in awe at the speed it was delivered. Not only did they deliver the scooter the technician fully demonstrated it with my wife making sure she was safe and able to use the scooter correctly. My wife has now got more freedom after being bed bound for the last two years. My wife was so over the moon with it she got very emotional. I would like to thank Laurance the technician who delivered and demonstrated the scooter and Abigale for her afters ales help and advice with a phone call. Had a delivery of my new mobility scooter today which i was very impressed with and the person that delivered it. The persons name was Andy and he provided me excellent customer service and care. He was very down to earth and explained everything to me and did not leave until i was happy. Unbelievable service and i am very happy with my new scooter. I would like to thank the company and also the person Andy that delivered it. Customer care at its best it was not unnoticed. Many thanks....

Scam of my 86 year old father. A rolling membership he was unable to cancel. Please be aware they will make unauthorised withdrawals from your bank. He wrote to Easyliving as advised by them to halt this process. They still proceeded. His bank cards were cancelled by the bank. This has made him ill. I later found out this happened to my mother in law who is the same age.

Lawrence & Steve delivered a riser recliner to my dad's house today . They couldn't have been more helpful , moved his old chair and made sure his new one was where he needs it . Lawrence explained clearly how it worked to dad who is very deaf and relies on lip reading . Great service , friendly professional and efficient. Thank you

Powerchair delivered today. So far so good. Lawrence the delivery driver was professional and helpful. He showed me how everything worked and placed the powerchair where I requested. I would have given four and a half stars if I knew how to do that.

Ordered a riser recliner. Arrived after a fortnight which seemed pretty quick. The men who set it up for me, Laurence and Steve from the Dudley branch, were extremely helpful and friendly. Good service.

Lawrence and Steve were so professional and helpful. Delivery and set up of a dual adjustable bed and removal of the old one was accomplished so smoothly. Can't thank them enough for the first class service.

I wish I never contacted them for a wheelchair for my son they are all talking but don't do in a way they say special when they con about the charity side once you have the chair the charges are ridiculous and parts even that you don't have it a year and revisit if they don't have the part you have pay amount again never again never you playing with people life we sort out in last few years it been a joke I don't want to be contacted by the department because they don't even know information what you want even the engineer said you could get parts from Amazon cheaper so that must say a lot

we went into the shop in walsall to buy a walking cane & came out having bought a powered armchair. this was delivered 5 days later as arranged. delivered promptly between the pre-arranged times by two very helpful, courteous & considerate men who carefully carried our original chair out to be temporarily stored and then carried in our new chair and installed it in position and checked was working perfectly. lawrence and his co-delivery partner were very polite, chatty and helpful the whole time they were in our house. a big thank you to both.

They were really good. Set the chair up, Re arranged a chair to set it up where we wanted it.
Checked it worked. Ensured we knew how to work the control before leaving.
