Food is very expensive

The board was not changed as requested. I booked a death wreath bouquet und the board said dad and it was for my aunty!

I placed and paid for a grocery order through the Eat Lanka website for delivery in Trincomalee district. After payment, customer service said the location was outside their delivery range and asked for extra delivery charges, which I had to pay. In the end, the delivery person did not come to our house, and someone from our family had to collect it from a nearby place. Delivery limits should be clearly shown before customers place and pay for an order.

First two times when I order it was perfect they were on time last two times it was crazy order the food to be delivered at 7:30 p.m. by the time they did with the food almost 9:15 p.m.

On time and good food but when you write eg.roadt pan with polos and sambola nothing of that just give potato curry and onion sambol.if I don't have it pls don't put polos

Pretty good service. However, there’s one issue that needs to be fixed. When customers pay for their items online, your delivery drivers aren’t aware of it and still ask for payment. Please look into this.
