They went to collect the food, The waiter said , we didn’t receive any orders, The person saw the text message. After the waiter contacted eat Lanka and confirmed. asked them to wait until make the food.

Expected delivery time was 5.00 pm. They received them around 8.30 pm. I paid delivery cost for this order and you have charged them 300 Rupees when delivery was made. I hope you will return the extra money you charged them for delivery or refund my delivery charges you charged my when I placed my order.

The first customer service girl was not knowledgeable in helping me with a problem in processing the order. I wanted to give up, but another a boy I forgot to record his name helped me through without a problem. That is why I give 4 stars instead of 5.

During the delivery I was charged again delivery fee for 350.00
Rupees and They Demand pay the Full price for the order what we paid only

One hour later delivery, first call us said don't get payment after 5 minutes call us said everything ok he can send a food within 1 hours but delivered after 2 hours cold and very small portion when we complain that owner call is next day give us free food. But that night I was hungry

Ordered from Kilinochchi. Doesn't Like the food provided. Made with old and too much oils. Provided un healthy foods. Totally disappointed and wasted the money. Please add some more good restaurants to get better foods.
