My 2nd order was perfectly. There was a mistake with the first order but soon rectified. Bars are delicious and would easily eat 2/3 a day but stop myself. Got a handy little tote bag aswell Delivery is good

Was ecstatic to receive an email stating that this month’s flavour was Cinnamom Roll!! I expect many shared my excitement as it’s a staple and much beloved autumn favourite! 🍂🍁

So imagine my disappointment when the first bar I open isn’t cinnamon roll flavoured at all!!! Instead it’s a fudge brownie of some kind 🤨 (I suspect last month’s limited edition peanut fudge brownie, though I tasted no peanut butter). Still delicious in its own right, BUT definitely NOT what I ordered…

I thought it a fluke in the batch. A mis-packaging somewhere in production. So I opened a second bar and yet again!!! NO CINNAMON ROLL TO BE SEEN!!! It’s another fudge brownie…💀

I fear somewhere in Vive’s production line, there’s an issue. Or the fudge brownie’s have been mixed in with the cinnamon rolls. I hope not all the ones I ordered turn out to be fudge brownie, as I ordered 2x12 bars. That’s £32 worth!!!! (as I was so looking forward to my cinnamon roll bars 😭)

VERY DISAPPOINTED. Will be contacting customer service.

Vive’s customer service team was super helpful and understanding! Emailed their support service the day the initial review was posted and they dispatched the correct items next day. My new (and correct!!) bars arrived to me this morning!

So happy to finally get my cinnamon bun bars!!! 😭💕💕💕

Fair it is to say, an accident became a blessing. I’m VERY well-stocked now 😂 I won’t be running out of work snacks any time soon, lmao.

WOW, these Vive bars taste amazing. I was a little disappointed with the 3 bars of peanut fudge brownie bars for £7, thought there were going to be a few more bars for that price. The introduction price for the selection pack of 13 bars for £13 is definitely the ways to go, I should have bought 3 selection boxes😂. Other than that these taste amazing.

Great price and very tasty snack

The bars are amazing, so tasty and a great substitute, my favourites are coconut and Bakewell tart. You can taste the ingredients and I love that the Bakewell tart has whole almonds in it! I recommend this company and advise you to buy the sample pack so you can find your favourite!

These bars are fantastic. Full of flavour and just the right size when a 'sweet' boost is needed.
I've now recommended them to several friends who are now regular buyers of the bars.
I'll be moving overseas soon and just hope deliveries to Spain!

Very happy so far with my Vive products. My first order, of the trial box, took a little while to be dispatched however I expected that as they inform you there might be delays during hot weather, and boy, was it hot!
My second order was very speedy.
All the bars I've tried so far have been really very good, with some already becoming firm favourites.
You can tell they are very good quality ingredients and they are all a satisfying snack, which isn't always the case with other non-dairy or vegan chocolate.

I thought they would have more of a fruity taste. I’ve tried bits of 3 and they are so sickly even though I love sweet things. Also my husband is prediabetic and they did spike his blood sugar slightly and he thought they were sickly as well. Delivery and ordering process was fine.

Had my order in 2 days. Only tried Gooey Caramel but it's really, really good! It hits the spot for chocolate fix but feels alot healthier. It's not like a muesli bar or " health bar" but genuinely enjoyable. Only wish, promotional price of £14 was standard. These bars are going to be popular.

I absolutely love these protein bars. Being vegan can make sourcing good tasting, good doing snacks and foods quite tricky but vive are always my go to.

I have a subscription plan for 13 bars and 3 taster bars of the flavour of the month and it works out approximately roughly £21 which in my opinion is very good price as most vegan options are often way more expensive than standard products. I love the variety of flavours and the flavour of the month is always a fun treat too!

I had an issue with my most recent order where I was missing one of my FOTM bars, the customer support team were quick to respond to my email and sent me not just the one replacement bar, but another 2! They also recently added in a few extra bars to my order, just because! ☺️

Flavour and texturenot pleasant . Claggy and indigestible. Horrible after taste too . Much nicer and cheaper vegan protein bars on the market

Not bad, but for the price. Could be a lot better. They all taste like protein bars. They are all very soft. And all remind me of protein bars. Texture is very soft. None of which simulate a normal chocolate bar. Also, they delete the negative comments on Facebook/ insta. For that. 2 starts instead of 3.

Vive bars have become an integral part of my daily routine. Small, but very satisfying and incredible tasting while actually being a healthy snack. As they are high protein I have found that one bar with a drink is a great lunch while on the move or busy.

I tried the assorted pack before settling on a 'brownie' subscription. I like that the subscription service is very flexible and I get enough notice to defer or change to another selection.

I bought other bars protein ones nothing beats these no after taste I bought Nicks previously threw them away because of the after taste, only problem is I could eat more than one a day

Love when my Vive order arrives. The healthy yumminess cannot be beat(en)!

I was actually quite impressed with the quality of these bars. I did an impromptu purchase after seeing an ad on FB thinking well if they are no good then I won’t bother again.

Flavours - by and large pretty nice. I like them all pretty much although the matcha one isn’t my favourite (albeit matcha is really one of those tastes which I hate and really is being overdone at the moment).

Cost - probably comparable to other similar bars.

My only issue is the delivery time. Why does it take a week to send anything and then only after a nudge to the customer service email address (which I didn’t get a response to).

I’m likely to order again but I’m realistic about the customer interaction!
