I approached eBusiness Guru to create an app for Linnworks for our business, Courier Cashback, in order to show customers what savings could be made by using our service, and easy setup of the service for Linnworks customers. eBusiness Guru did exactly what I asked for, creating the app and performing necessary changes as required by Linnworks in a timely manner. I highly recommend eBusiness Guru, and will be using them for other apps in the future. Courier Cashback audits your shipping bills with your existing couriers and saves you money by automatically requesting refunds for late deliveries and billing errors from the carriers.

We had major issues with another company that made promises they couldn't keep... We then discovered eBusiness Guru's 'Warehouse Plus' and 'LinnPos'. Both of these integrated with our Linnworks account perfectly, with little or no problems.

Linnworks Consultancy
We've just had a day's consultancy with Mark Canty of eBusiness Guru to educate and help us streamline our use of Linnworks and its integrations.
This is the first time we've had this type of consultancy and it was great. Mark talked us through a number of speedy fixes that have already had a big effect and we are now formulating a plan which will help us to get our warehouse management and website admin to the next level.

Linnworks / Sales Channel Integration
eBusiness Guru recently completed a Linnworks / sales channel integration for us. It was completed in very good time and with few issues. Any issues we did have with the product were quickly and professionally dealt with. Although this is the first time we have used eBusiness Guru, as it stands, we would not hesitate to recommend them for Linnworks development.

Six months in and I'm impressed!
I approached EBG on the recommendation of an IT consultant when I was looking for multi-channel software for order and inventory management, shipping management etc. I was impressed with the personal approach I received, especially when we found there wasn’t a shipping integration for the courier I use. EBG really went the extra mile and built the integration I needed with no extra cost. I can’t recommend these guys more – they’re so friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

We have been using eBusiness Guru for 8 years now. They have been an integral part of my business since it’s inception.
I never needed to hire an IT developer or Manager as I received all the advice and support I required from EBG during the growth of my company over the last 8 years.
We are using multiple services from eBusiness Guru, from multi-channel order management, software development and data management.
We started using their new Drop Shopping Software Avasam 6 months ago and it has helped us to grow our drop shipping business dramatically.
EBG have a good knowledge of eCommerce and multi-channel business which you can learn from. They are always there when you need them – they’re a good team to work with and develop your business.

Avasam - Great stuff
Having worked with eBusiness Guru for a couple of years now, I’ve been using Avasam for the last few months at their recommendation to expand our inventory without having to spend out on stock. We’ve noticed our customers are leaving reviews that are impressed with how quick our drop shipped items get to them, and we’ve increased our profits by about 220% percent, which we reckon will keep going up, especially over Christmas. Great stuff – definitely recommend it.
