A very prompt response to my query, where I mistakenly paid £100 for a donation instead of £10. A refund has been arranged and I am super pleased with that.

I am so impressed with the way this company’s customer service team manages my issue. From the moment I reached out, the response I received was professional and prompt, going above and beyond to help me. I truly received excellent service from start to finish!

It was just sooo much easier than trying to get people to sign a card and raise money for a gift, not to mention figure out what gift card to even buy for the recipient! It was so cool how the delivery was scheduled and anyone with a link could participate. Just the BEST! Game changer. Thanks so much.

Dayana responded to my email quickly. She fully resolved my issue while maintaining a good attitude and professionalism. She is very responsive to emails and I truly appreciate her for that.

The system was so easy to use and also straightforward including the collection pot. I used EcardForest to organise a card and collection for a friend that had lost her child and this was a quick and easy way to support my friend. The range of card selection and designs were beautiful.

There was an issue over how I accessed the money into my bank account I wanted to use it for a specific reason. I emailed Dayana explaining the problem and she replied straightaway resolving the issue within 24 hrs. It had been causing me a lot of anxiety and she sorted it immediately

Have used EForest since 2022. Great for office collections, so easy to setup, distribute and send. Customer service has always been efficient and helpful e.g. today a colleague accidentally added an extra zero to a contribution; emailed the team and they refunded the error under 4 hours. I'd recommend.

We always use EcardForest when sending a card to someone at work. It's really easy to use and if you do make a mistake (like I did), customer service are really helpful, especially Dayana who helped me.

I like the choice of card designs and the GIFS, would highly recommend.
