This was my first time using EcardForest, and I was drawn to their vivid and cheerful card designs. However, I encountered an issue with the PDF download—the Chinese fonts were missing entirely. I’m truly grateful to Dayana from the EcardForest Team for her prompt response and perfect solution. Her support made all the difference!

The process of setting up the card and collection pot was easy and intuitive, and when I had a couple of issues the service was fast, friendly and efficient.

Excellent service. I accidentally included a typo in the recipient's email address when sending a time-sensitive ecard via EcardForest. I reached out to their support team and received a response within minutes. Dayana resolved the issue immediately and was incredibly helpful throughout. I was doing a card for two leavers and somehow managed to duplicate it then share the link to the one I didn't have admin access to - DUH!
Emailed the team expecting a long delay but Dayana responded almost immediately, and sorted the issue with no fuss!

card was easy to buy, link i could send to people through emil or message and super easy for everyone to sign and contribute, money paid to me the same day i requested it as we didn't want to redeem if for a voucher

Really helpful and prompt support from Dayana when I needed some help as a recipient of a card. I have also used ecardforest many times for sending group cards. It is so easy to use, and works well.

It was really easy to create and share a card for a co-worker. I hadn't done it before and found the process very accessible.
