Do not buy from this company. Spent £100 on a jacket which didn’t arrive. I asked for refund but they refused. I asked them to send a replacement which also never arrived. Another Chinese company scamming honest people. They are a disgrace. These reviews are pointless as nothing gets investigated

I've been scammed too. No surprise.
The irony is that I waited years to order a similar jumper on Etsy because of the cost. I wish I had just spent the extra cash. I know there is a guarantee on that site.

I am going to ask my bank for advice.

do not buy of this company . I have bought a pair of trousers that look nothing like the pictures they show. there cheap material bad replicas from China. they don't give you money back they try to offer you 30%off your next order. and tell you its got to be sent to China for a refund and your liable for costs and it's expensive. absolutely disgusting theifs.

we have not received goods or even heard from them !£46. Down the Swannee.

dress arrived not great asked to send back and after weeks of trying I have now to send it back to China and it could take several months.

Absolute scam of a company. Goods are wrongly sized, my XL coat was even too tight for my daughter who is a size 10! They won’t give you an address to return item to and won’t give you a refund. Do not buy from them. They are not even worth 1 star.

I bought a dress for £45, I received a net worth £2. What on earth, do you laugh or cry with this. I've asked for a refund or will be contacting trading standards and my bank as description does not match what was ordered. Terrible company, terrible individuals who think this is ok. Disgraceful.

Again, I would like to give a zero for this experience.
The item I ordered took ages to come. When it did arrive it was nothing like the picture or description, tiny and of very poor quality.
Their returns policy is nothing like they advertise. After numerous emails avoiding allowing a return I was informed I had to post to China and it would cost me more than the item. I will be reporting them if this is not resolved shortly. I urge people to NOT buy from this company.

Terrible!! As everyone stated. Shocking quality with no option to return. Do not purchase anything from them. It's all a scam.

I wish 0 stars was an option here.. Please read the reviews before placing an order with them! What a scam! I received such a poor quality item, which took weeks to arrive. And just learnt that there is no possibility to return it!

Please be careful buying anything from this co as they will not let you return it
I tried for 1week to return a cardigan which was terrible quality and never got anywhere and eventually gave it to charity
They have now got the cheek to email me saying it’s been two months since I purchased anything from us

Inferior clothing, No Returns Policy in place, Avoid this company.

I could kick myself for not reading the reviews before I ordered. What a scam. I received a poor quality item and now to return it I am told I have to send it to China (at my own cost), taking 2-3 months before I will receive my refund (if I ever). They asked for a photo to stall time - I responded - do you not know what you sent? Then I was offered 30% off at the next order - why would I order from a company who provides inferior products and has no notion in returning my money?! The correspondence between us has been going on for 4 weeks now - I agree - get this scam shut down.

Terrible jacket cost £80. Body size fine. Arm size of a two year old. Tried to return. Ha ha. The lying scammers (it claims no quibble returns) said we would have to send it ourselves back to China. Don’t use them. I feel like such a fool for trusting this scam site.

If I could give it no stars I would. Ordered coat but too small. They said they would send another for free, then changed to give me store credit for less than half the price of £89 I said give me return address. Tried to get it many times to no avail. It was only when I said I’d contact my card provider that I got the address.
It has cost me over £30 to send coat back.
And they say it will be about Two to Three months until I get my money back.
Not a good company. Buy locally.

Awful quality and a total rip off
Ordered a jacket that was totally different to the rubbish that they sent - then they offer a discount if I wanted to keep it - sent it away for a refund - stuck in customs - what a joke. Please save your money!!

Avoid this company.
Boots incorrect size. Far too small even though I ordered a size larger! Very poor quality. Return policy is to send to China at my cost or a discount off a further, price inflated item.

Scam. Do not use I can’t get my money back

Orderd size 5xl on a gilet and fleece, they arived in just over a week,
Quality of deliverd items was very bad also size wise they were large and at best a 2xl on the fleece even tho the size tables in them say 5xl. Measurements confirm they are no where near 5xl only 2xl on fleece but only just. Won't use them again

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE THEY ARE A SCAM The worst company ever pretends to be an English outlet there’s no phone contact ignores all requests for a refund , arrives with wrong items two months after ordering
But it was also my mistake for not doing my home work and looking them up on trust pilot but they did come across as a proper retailer
