AVOID!
What started as an impressive sale moved very quickly to a nightmare! Few issues on our car- waited 2 weeks to book it into ‘their garage’ given a mess of a courtesy car with x2 bald tyres, one got a flat down the road from the garage- Ryan told me I must have driven over something- nothing to do with the bald Tyres obviously! Then have chased constantly to get our extended warranty payment back (no way I want anything more to do with this garage) hopefully it comes back soon! My advice avoid like the plague.

Terrible Garage Don’t buy a car from here
They sold my young son a Mercedes C230
Sold us the “ it goes through our amazing workshop everything is tried and tested ..l
Just after 3 months the Supercharger broke ..this made the car a right off
The reputable garage that found the faults on the car said , as car dealers they would have known this was going to fail
Horrible arrogance now we are trying to return the car - no empathy or sympathy
We wished we had read the review about this awful garage before we bought

Here's what really happened.
We sold your Son a 20 year old part exchange to clear Mercedes with a brand new independant MOT.
He drove the car and managed 4000 miles before having a problem with the supercharger. Your reputable garage in Farnham suggested a new supercharger for £1560 plus VAT.
Having spoken to 3 staff at Eclipse who have all reached out to help, you agreed to drive the "write off" Mercedes to our dealership and leave it with us.
Our Skilled Mechanics diagnosed that a pipe leading to the supercharger was split causing it not to work and we bought this item from Mercedes for £8.49 which allowed the supercharger to perform as it should.
We test drove the car which was fine and arranged with you to collect the vehicle and you drove it home.
You have left a 1 star review because you are unhappy with every element of the service you have received from us which to be honest we find astonishing.
A great buying experience
Superb service from first contact to handover. Ryan was helpful and accomodating throughout the process allowing me to have a leisurely and relaxed test drive with no pressure then a sensible negotiation on what is clearly a superb car. Prior to collection all observed niggles were sorted and the car serviced to my specifications, mot’ed and valeted. A great company with a superb attitude and ethos to selling cars which I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others. Thank you Ryan and all at Eclipse

Excellent service
Excellent service from start to finish. Mark was amazing, very friendly and extremely helpful with the car I was interested in. He was determined to make everything about the car perfect before the hand-over. Everyone in the office was extremely friendly. Can’t recommend enough! Thanks a lot!

Great Experience buying a car from Eclipse Cars
It was straightforward and easy buying our car from EclipseCars. Our sales guy Ryan was friendly but not pushy and answered questions after the easily arranged test drive. Car was immaculate when I picked it up with a new MOT - thanks to all the team behind the scene at Eclipse Cars too!

Had no pressure from anyone there to purchase a car.
Test drives arranged at my convenience. Was a nice relaxed atmosphere to view cars.

I came all the way from Bromley in kent to view and buy the car for my son. I spoke to mark on the phone who answered all my questions that I needed answers to. When I got to Eclipse the car was sitting there washed and valeted. After a walk round the car mark asked if I would like to test drive the car. The car drove amazing and looked superb. We sat down and and agreed on the price and I had a lovely drive home. A massive thanks to mark lovely guy who went above and beyond to make me happy 5 ⭐️ from me thanks
