Recently purchased my Haibike from Ecomove in Bristol . Fantastic , knowledgeable, friendly service . Test drove other makes with other suppliers but to me the Haibike quality stood out by far . My bike makes climbing all the hilly areas around Bath so easy . Would highly recommend Ecomove.

I visited the store as I was looking for an electric bike, the MiRIDER in particular as it folds and can be put in the boot of a car, I spoke to John at the shop, he was fantastic, explained how it all worked, demonstrated how easy it was to fold down and then I had a test ride on the track to make sure I was comfortable with the bike and if any adjustments needed to be made. he was very patient with me as I hadn't ridden a bike in a long time and I didn't feel at all rushed. I now have a lovely orange MiRIDER which is often admired as I cycle around my home town.

Bought a scooter for my daughter for Xmas. Ecomove gave great advice and their service was impeccable. The scooter came on time with a little charge so my daughter could ride it immediately. It looks stylish and can go along way before re-charging is necessary- thoroughly recommend this company.
