Is first time when I buy an electric scooter from this store and I’m very happy with my purchase. The quality of the scooter is very good I bought the Yume hawk and I’m very glad, this scooter is a beast is very powerful you need to be very careful because of the power you can fall very easily. Apart of this the scooter is very stable and the suspension is very good and you can adjust accordingly to your weight. The brakes are very sharp and are hidraulic brakes. I really recommend this store.

I just took my new Yume Raptor out and this thing is unreal. I mean, unreal. So happy the team pointed this one out to me. Website could do with more info because it undersells just how great and powerful the scooter really is. I'm in wales. If you want to charge up and over hills and through woods like I do, get this!

After asking me twice, to take down a previous bad review about this company, 'Buy Electric Scooters UK' have told trust pilot, it is for another company, when they know full well, it's them I'm writing the review about.

I wouldn't even trust any of them. They can't even accept a bad review, without trying any means at necessary, to get it taken down.

Great company, and great staff! I had the pleasure of Oskar helping me through my order. The bike I originally ordered was out of stock, so had to wait for the next shipment to arrive before delivery. Having said that, I was updated regularly and reassured at every point upto the bike arriving at my front door. They also use a great courier company who are very helpful on delivery. Overall, the company are a very trust worthy option if you're looking to purchase a new ebike or scooter. Would highly recommend.

IN RESPONSE TO THEIR RESPONSE
The scooter has done about 30/40 miles maximum due to previous faults which you sent me parts for from China! That was for the front. Now the back suspension has dropped and things have fell off. I did check them before my son went out on it, seems now you're looking for excuses for selling very expensive scooters and them falling apart? I don't leave it 6 months to check the scooter, I check it everything my son uses it.

Purchased an Avopro scooter from here not long ago. Used a handful of times by a light weight person. Started falling apart at the suspension, screws and bolts fell off. I've tried reaching out to the company, I've sent numerous emails and photos of the scooter and still no response? This cost over £400, so it wasnt a cheap scooter. Paid for the 'pro' version as expected better quality, but not recieved that at all. The scooter is a danger, can't be used as the suspension is on the back wheel due to the screws and bolts coming off. No customer service. They're great when you're buying something and respond straight away, as soon as there's an issue, they don't respond. My son is very upset. He saved for a long time to get this and did alot of jobs for the community, and now he had nothing to show for it.

Fantastic shop. Oscar was very helpful and kept me updated from day1. Unfortunately the model I choose just went out of stock, but he immediately offered me free upgrade to a different model or to have a refund. As I really wanted that model, at the end he managed to source one from the European warehouse. Yes, it took 10 days
more (obviously) instead of a couple days to get my hands on it, but well worth it. Excellent service, excellent communication and excellent prices. Strongly recommended shop!
