Tried to cancel my order next day in…

Tried to cancel my order next day in the morning and they said the order has been dispatched already ?!!? The order was placed a day before at 14:30 on Sunday ! On the website it's state orders will be dispatched in the same day if placed before 14:00 p.m.

Delivered one day ahead

Content was good as previously, contained in hessian bags further enclosed in cardoard boxes which strained to constrain the bags! It was easier to move the bags, which, although heavier, were better to get hold of than the boxes which were left on the porch. As the bags had little holes, the boxes were probably to prevent wood chippings escaping.

Great prices

Great prices and delivered within 2 days. Cannot comment on the product yet as not used them. But if all ok will definitely use them again.

Buyer beware. Quantity supplied might not be as stated

This was my 2nd order of these firelighters. I discovered that the first order front September 2025 , whilst they work well, were used up sooner than expected and calculated the box had contain a maximum of 172 pieces, not the 200 they advertise. I therefore ordered again, and counted them on receipt: there were only 172. I have complained by email to both ecoblaze and Whitehouse, neither of whom have bothered to reply. I also asked to refunded for the items I did not get.So, the firelighters do work but I consider ecoblaze have sold me short on 2 occasions. If I order 200, I think it is reasonable to expect 200. Accuracy of item described- questionable. Customer service- non existent.
