Incredibly pleased with this purchase. I didn’t expect to be able to light a large log burner with just 1 eco firefighter, but have now done so on each of the 3 occasions I have tried. So a great saving on rolled up newspaper, which was my previous go to option for fire lighting.

Great service
Recieved my order free of charge less than 48hrs later. Ordered a 15kg bag of wood pellets that were less than half the price I had seen them elsewhere. What's not to like.

Illegal!! Misleading consumers and Unsafe marketing of products
Do not order from this website! I ordered ‘quality wood pellets perfect for pizza ovens’ which were sold as food safe and we have received cat litter (labelled as premium cat litter with a picture of a cat on the front) which contain glue and are absolutely not food safe.
The email address on the website does not work, my emails just kept bouncing back and when calling up the number provided on the website, the people were unhelpful and refused to accept liability or provide me with a refund.
I don’t normally complain but this goes against all advertising standards and is exceptionally dangerous to suggest cat litter is food safe. I would strongly encourage EcoBlaze to amend their product pictures and descriptions to ensure they are not misleading their customers which is a legal offence Under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 and the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, it is a criminal offence to deceive consumers.

Good service
The ecoblaze website is easy to use and find the product you want. Delivery for my order was free and quick given it included Easter. The firelighters are in a cardboard box and were packed into a large plastic bag. During the journey the parcel received some rough handling. The top of the boxes have a perforation to assist opening and one of my boxes had split open. Using a cardboard box for shipping might help. Or perhaps not using Evri as their driver dumped my parcel at my gate so I had no idea it was there.

Economical , environmentally sustainable and actually work!
Looking for an economical and environmentally sustainable way of lighting the fire and these seemed to be the best I could find.
Having used now a couple of times they keep the light for the length we need to light our multi fuel (with logs and coal).
The size of box means no scrabbling to buy every couple of weeks and the cost is half that of the local stores.
Will re-order when the time comes.

Terrible product
Terrible product. Do not buy. Full of very small cuttings of firelighters equivalent to about four 10p pieces is stuck together. Complained to them by email rang to check they had the email and heard nothing since (about a week ago). I will never buy from them again.

Easy to order although next day…
Easy to order although next day delivery was promised which should have been Friday but they did not arrive until Tuesday unfortunately I was not at home but Evri delivered and left parcel where I asked them to.

Let down by poor delivery service from EVRI, advertised as delivered by a certain date. Actually delivered 3 days later and in multiple packages.
Products look good but arrived late.
Maybe the delivery date should not be advertised if they can not use a service that actually delivers as advertised
