Phil was very helpful when I purchased the bike in December but since having a problem with it I can not get hold of them what's so Eva. It was on the cycle2work scheme and they can't get hold of them either. I've made a complaint with the ombudsman they can't be trading like that and what I have read they don't get back to anyone take your money then don't want to no .

I purchased a ENGWE EP-2 PRO in April, I have had nothing but trouble with this. When I first ordered the bike the guy was very helpful in answering all my queries but once I had received my bike I noticed there was a few problems that had arose. I stopped using the bike as I did not want to make matters worse. I then sent a message and videos on 20th May via watts app and received no messages back they hadn't even read the message so 2 days later I resent the messages. I then emailed customer service and up until today I have had no response and messages have still not been read. I have taken my bike to a shop to be fixed and am now out of pocket by having to do this. Just want to take your money and once you receive your bike they do not get back to you if you have a problem with it. And to add to this the battery does not last long at all. DO NOT BUY THIS BIKE.

Have been trying to contact the company both through emails and WhatsApp continuously which all has been ignored for weeks on end now. I originally had a good experience with the company, however I'm now with a defective bike that has not yet been used. The foldable electric bike cannot be used to its full functionality because the small magnet which is the only way for the Engwe bike to be connected together is so weak that the second you move the bike, the magnets disconnect from each other. Really poor quality, defective item, and awful customer service. I'm not usually one to leave negative reviews, however this experience made me wish I had gone with an alternative bike company.

I bought my electric bike through ecoelectribikes website, using my cycle to work scheme. I cannot mention how good the team was. Phil is just the best guy around, he helped me understand the whole process, and stayed in touch until I received my bike at home, asking me all the time about my satisfaction. They assembled the bike as well and it's just perfect. I cannot recommend enough

sorted the initial problem out swiftly.

Phil was helpful and prompt with communication buying a new ebike with Cyclescheme.
I called when the line was busy and then got a callback a couple hours later where he simplified the somewhat complex process of Cyclescheme's and walked me through what to do on his end too.
