We preordered Pinikay ecologs, these came in earlier than expected and were delivered the next day. We got a text message and a phone call to let us know, cannot fault the service! The delivery driver was also extremely nice and helpful and places the pallet right in front of our shed. We will definitely be returning customers and have recommended them to family and friends.

Good product
Good product, good heat, no mess & ideal for burning in stoves. Environmentally good
Only have to clean out ashes twice weekly.
Delivery on 3/4 pallet so can store enough for the winter in a small shed & still have room for gardening equipment. Using Ecologs for 3 years & happy to continue. Unfortunately the price has increased like all other fuels.

I want to reassure you that our firelighters are of very high standard and quality and are favourite choice for many customers seeking a natural way to start a fire. We use standard brown cardboard boxes, with No heavy printing, to maintain an eco-friendly product. We utilize various box sizes, and in your case, we selected one suitable for accommodating 400 firelighters, which is a significant quantity.
Inside the box, the firelighters are loosely packed without additional plastic wrapping, prioritizing environmental friendliness. While we acknowledge that the box may undergo some compression during transportation, rest assured that the firelighters themselves remain undamaged. Therefore, we refrain from using extra layers of packaging.

Be wary of delivery
Supplier distances himself from delivery. Asked for 1 hour notification prior to delivery, was given 5 mins and not enough time to come back and open garage. Pallet was left out in rain and I had to manually move contents. Collaboration between the supplier and delivery would improve this service greatly.

Hi, Thanks for writing a review and sorry to hear the couriers did not provide you with sufficient time notice before arrival. Please note we do not distance ourselves from the delivery, but according to our Delivery policy we can not guarantee set time of delivery as this is done by external courier service and they run tight schedule, this is very transparent on our website. We have responded on your email on the day requesting info and notified you the delivery was out on the courier's truck so that you can expect the service. I believe the driver had provided some notice although this notice was not full 1 hr as initially requested by you, for which I can only apologize. If more precise time is of essence, we advise customers to call us more regularly while the goods are in the process of delivery/en-route and we can co-ordinate with the external delivery service and provide an estimated time window, which again will not be precise time. Thank you for your custom!
