Being told everything was included, then seeing several extras added, is a frustrating way for the total to change. The price shown at booking usually covers the items selected there; anything the supplier treats as optional, locally required, or added at pickup can change what you pay at the counter. If the offer looked all-inclusive, the fine print still matters, because some charges sit outside the headline rate. Hopefully that gives a bit more clarity on why the final price moved.
