Pague un porcentaje de la reserva de mi carro y llegué 2 horas tardes porque mi vuelo se retraso, cuando llegue a la agencia que es retirada del aeropuerto me atendió un asistente virtual y m dijoa que ya habían rentado ese coche, nadie me ayudó y no les importo que iba sola con mi hijo menor de edad ....no me dieron alguna solución ni me devolvieron mi dinero ..esto ya me había pasado con una agencia interna del aeropuerto y ellos me dieron otro coche....muy mala Experiencia....

Arriving two hours late after your flight was delayed, then being told at an off-airport desk that the car had already been rented, is a rough way to land — especially with your young child with you. When a pickup is missed, suppliers may treat it as a no-show and release the vehicle unless the delay was accepted under the booking terms. The fact you were left with no solution and no one stepping in is exactly the part that needs reviewing. Having to try the payment several times is a nuisance, especially when you’re right at the finish line. If a card check or the connection drops mid-flow, it can take another attempt before the payment goes through. Once it does, the booking is only confirmed when the confirmation email and number are issued, so it’s worth checking the inbox used at checkout.

A payment step that keeps tripping you up can make the whole booking feel needlessly awkward. A booking is only confirmed once the payment goes through and the confirmation email and number are issued, so if it stalled before that point it may not have finalised yet. If this was a Payment on Arrival reservation, the rental amount is paid directly to the supplier at pickup rather than online. If you'd like it checked, send the booking reference and a screenshot of the point where it stops through the Help Center on the website, and the team can look at the specifics.

A price that looks complete online and then needs roadside assistance added on top is a frustrating mismatch. The booking total usually covers the car and the inclusions shown at checkout; extra supplier products can sit outside that figure unless they’re clearly listed as included in the confirmation. If roadside assistance was presented as part of the price, that’s worth checking against the booking terms. Hope that gives a bit more clarity on where the difference can come from.

In some cases the rate changes because the supplier applies different local pricing, coverage rules, or eligibility conditions by market, so the same search can price differently once residency is updated. It should still be clear before you pay why the amount moved.
