Not seeing the full price before you pay makes the booking feel unfinished, and that’s a fair complaint. The total should be visible before you confirm, but supplier-set items like a deposit or local counter charge are shown separately in the booking conditions rather than folded into the main booking price. If the screen only showed part of the amount, do send the booking number and a screenshot through the Help Center so the team can check exactly what was displayed.

If those charges were added by the supplier at pickup, they’re handled under the supplier’s own conditions; if they were optional extras from the booking, cancellation depends on the item and when it was requested. If you’d like the case checked against the booking terms, our support team via the Help Center on the website can review your booking number and the receipt showing the extra charges.

Seeing a charge in USD when you expected another currency is frustrating, especially if the price looked clear at checkout. The billing currency is shown before payment, and if your card is in a different currency, your bank may add its own exchange rate or foreign transaction fee on top.
If the amount on your statement doesn’t match what was shown before payment, the booking confirmation and card statement are the two best places to compare. If you’d like the booking details checked, the Help Center can review it with your booking number and a screenshot of the charge.
