I did a self build option, being a builder myself who has completed a few loft conversions in the past. This system is much faster and I have to say I really think it's a great alternative to timber. Danny, who helped us install the system, was brilliant and we couldn't have done it without him as we seemed unable to get any fitting instructions from the company, hence the four not five stars. I'd certainly use them again and I'm happy to recommend them.

Everybody was very professional throughout the experience and all went accordingly to the original dates set out from the start. George, Damien and Connor were especially helpful throughout the process.

We recently opted for Ecotrus for our trussed loft conversion, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. From the initial survey by Oliver to the seamless design process, everything was handled with professionalism and care. Having designed hundreds of extensions and loft conversions over my career I was very inquisitive to see how the Ecotrus system worked. It is a very innovative product and does away with a lot of the structural and Party Wall issues associated with traditional loft conversions. The speed of installation was very quick and the turnaround from order to delivery was carried out very quickly, efficiently and with expert advice from Ecotrus on hand at all times. I would certainly use the product again and would recommend it to any of my clients.

We have fitted traditional loft conversions for over 15 years. But now after fitting the eco truss system, we can honestly say it’s a game changer and won’t fit any other way now.
In our opinion by far the best thing about this product is that we can fit the system, fit plasterboard, and complete all electrics and plumbing before knocking into the house to fit staircase. Gaining access from the scaffold. This saves weeks of daily mess in the house and turning the whole house into a building site that you would get with a traditional loft conversion.
We also have a great working relationship with all the eco truss team and are always on hand for customer and installer if you ever need them.

I couldn't be more thrilled with my dormer conversion by EcoTrus. The entire process, from start to finish, was not only quick but also absolutely fantastic. The team's expertise and efficiency made my dream space a reality in no time!

Professional detailed quotations, professional attitude and installed in a timely fashion with one point of contact who knows the system inside and out. From start to finish all the members of staff have been second to none. Michelle and Vanessa were great throughout the initial quotation stage.

Oliver and Connor helped us design the loft space me and the family desired and Damo and the install team had the steel frame fully installed in less than one week.

Great service throughout: the initial talk through options and survey were clear and efficient, with the install itself taking 3 days with 3 people from delivery to full assembly of a new roof and rear dormer. They handled all the paperwork with the council and provided full, clear plans for the build. Building control were happy with everything as well and we’ve had multiple neighbours asking about using this system for their house!

Ecotrus have been a pleasure to deal with. From the office staff, the architects, the surveyors and the fitters, nothing has been too much trouble. They have been very accommodating and professional.

As a builder we look to suppliers who offer quality and excellent service. Ecotrus have all that and much more. Having used their brilliant system several times now, I very much doubt we would use anyone else. Highly recommended A+++

Came to Ecotrus for options on having my loft converted into a living space. The office staff, especially Damian, were really helpful and knowledgable. At this current time we won’t be going ahead with the conversion due to current circumstances but would absolutely use this system and company when the time is right for us.

I would highly recommend this company if you are looking to convert your loft

I had a deluxe loft room in Nov 21. The guys that did the work were ok but they put the wrong light in and despite saying they would come back they never did. The fitted the insulation across the wood therefore hiding the wood so hard to fix plasterboard. My velux window is leaking and they just fob you off and then ignore you. I do have a 10 year guarantee but seems to me you’d have to go to small claims court to get them to honour it. They dont do ANY aftercare they just ignore you. Interestingly I’ve had two emails from them since I said I was updating this review. I dont think they are trustworthy tbh. Shame. Wouldnt have them back in my house. Will just pay someone else to fix it rather than beg them - cba.

This company is a joke, takes money for deposits then ignore you for months. When you finally give up and request your deposit back they continue to ignore. Please be careful.
