This is a late review but having had extremely poor customer service elsewhere which left me with a feeling that this is an unfortunately increasingly common situation, I wanted to praise this company. Met the founders at a Christmas fair in Canterbury. I love scented candles, Diptyque is my reference but prices are now silly. Ed and James do a lovely fig scented candle which is close to Figuier. The throw is maybe not quite as good, but still pretty decent. The price is a lot more reasonable and it’s good to support a British business. The customer service was great- very prompt dispatch and delivery with a couple of free samples thrown in. Hope to bump into them and their products again if our paths cross in Canterbury this Christmas .

Great candles and diffusers. Friends always tell me how lovely the house smells. Eco friendly, and refills available. My favourite is Femme Fatale, but love a lot of the samples I have been given when purchasing. These are now my go to gifts.
