Excellent service by Nick a true cornish man! Nothing was too much trouble ,to check we were doing everything correctly . We booked 2 mini services so 1 more to go go in July. And have a full service under warranty to book. Must mention Dan as when we first came into the showroom in July 2021,we didn't know what to expect!! Dan took us through differant options and wasnt pushy at all. Both Dan and Nick were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend them. After service exceptionally high.

We visited the showroom a few times after purchasing to measure various things and asked 101 questions which Dan was more than happy to help with and answer. He was honest about the running of the hot tub and any worries we had.

I have had my hot tub for several months and have been really pleased with it so far. Even in these days of soaring energy prices my smart meter recons average running costs have been about £1.50 - £2 per day. All was going well until one of our frequent Cornish storms blew the lid off (did my daughter secure it properly?) destroying the lid lifter in the process. Having contacted Dan to explore the possibility of new parts I was delighted to be offered a complete new lifter; no charge and fitted free .... now that is top after sales service.

What a brilliant service and customer experience Eden Hot Tubs deliver, so highly recommended.

From the moment we entered the show room Dan made us to feel very welcome. I knew what I wanted and Dan showed us a variety of hot tubs that met our requirements and we purchased one!

At no point did Dan give us a hard sell and was really open and honest about different aspects of owning a hot tub.

Our tub was delivered and installed today and the crew were excellent and overcame steps and a few other obstacles without and any qualms. I was shown all the controls and features and felt confident about looking after the tub and it’s operation. I can’t recommend Eden Hot Tubs enough and wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

We visited their showroom in August 2021 to view what Hot Tubs they had to offer. There was a good selection of models, some filled with water so we could see what they could do and others empty so we could sit in them to get a feel for what they are like inside. The salesman was able to tell us all we wanted to know and was helpful without being pushy. We were able to just browse and ask him questions as and when we wanted.
Once we had decided on our purchase, the whole process for arranging delivery was explained to us and we left feeling very confident that this was the right place to have ordered from. Both Dan and Nick from Eden kept us informed at every stage, and they were very patient with us when we experienced an issue with our electrician which caused delays at our end (no fault of Eden Hot Tubs).
The day before delivery, we were called to confirm all details (we had arranged for a crane to get it into our garden).
On the day of delivery, it arrived promptly and the delivery guys were very friendly and professional. Once in our garden, it was quickly wired in and filled up and they gave me a demonstration of how to operate it and what I needed to do with the chemical kit. They stayed until the temperature had risen by one degree so they were sure that the heater was operating correctly. They then cleared away all the packaging before they left.
The experience was a pleasure and we look forward to many years use from our Eden Hot Tub!

Couldn’t recommend Dan and the team from eden highly enough. I was a first time buyer and spent a long time shopping around and speaking to different companies. Nothing was too much trouble for Dan and he spent a lot of time and effort going over the ins and outs of all the different models available. I finally decided on the right hot tub for me and am over the moon with the end product. The service overall has been brilliant and even the guys who delivered the tub explained everything in detail and were a great team

I visited Eden’s show room this summer, spent an hour or so asking all sorts of questions (that the team have probably heard a hundred times before) and was made to feel like their most important customer.
We talked through the various options and what would work for my me and be usable by my mother who wanted the hot tub to help her arthritis.

We decided that day to buy from Eden and put down a deposit the next day. I spoke to the team a couple of times to make sure I was prepared for the delivery day. They were great throughout. And even did a couple of quick site visits before delivery - you definitely don’t get that with B&Q or some other national/ internet supplier.

Delivery was quick and painless at exactly the time they said it would be.

I honestly couldn’t think of a better experience that we had with Eden. To top it all off they were significantly cheaper than other suppliers and have been able to answer all my questions.

I’ve recommended them to a few people and wish them and their future customers all the best.

As a final plus point, the hot tub itself is amazing, plugged in and was ready in 24hrs. Exactly what we wanted, looks far more expensive than it was AND has had a great impact on my mum’s arthritis.

We choose to buy from Eden Hot tubs because they were a real company with a showroom and therefore will be there to support us in in the future if there were any issues. Hot arrived as agreed. Installed and shown how to use the controls. Guys that delivered were very careful and considerate when transporting from their vehicle to our garden as to not damage anything. Very polite and helpful.
