Excellent service from start to finish, Nick explained and talked through the range of tubs and sent me a video from the show room of the tub I'd picked. I was kept upto date with delivery. The date had to change on my part due to isolating but that wasnt problem, they bent over backwards to find a suitable date. My hot tub came yesterday and i love it. Thanks Eden.

Immediate reply from Dan when i messaged to enquire about a hot tub.
He covered every angle, advised expertly on what i could/ couldn,t do in the space we had.
He then went out of his way to send me a video of the one he thought was the best.
We arranged delivery date/ time which all went smoothly by a great team of men.
They made a few tweaks and everything went expertly well.
Dan has kept in touch throughout the while process.

Took delivery of our hot tub today. Great value for such a spec’d up model. Delivery was really quick. I have been dealing with Nick who has been great! Delivery & installation by Dan, lovely man & very knowledgeable about the product, didn’t even mind calling us back when we couldn’t get our phones to find the tub on Bluetooth. Would definitely recommend this company to friends & family. Mr & Hodges

As there will be no holiday abroad this year we decided we wanted a hot tub for the summer. After being let down by another company with poor service I contacted Eden hot tubs and nick was extremely helpful, he went above and beyond for us, he didn't mind answering any of the numerous questions I asked. with delivery in just 10 days. Whch from phone call to delivery is amazing customer service. honestly an amazing company can definitely rate this 5stars.
They didn't want full payment until 2 days before delivery and ensured they kept me updated constantly, which with a previous bad experience really put me at ease
Delivery was quick and easy the gentleman that delivered (dan) was extremely professional, talked us through everything and and set the tub up fully. Even when he noticed something not quite right he arranged for this to be sorted.
Will definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to by a hot tub!!

Unfortunately no Summer Vacation again this year so we decided to use our holiday fund to upgrade our inflatable hot tub. I stumbled across Eden Hot Tubs after many hours of searching larger companies and being no closer to choosing our new tub. I must say what a great stumble it was. From the first 'chat pop up box' conversation to sitting in our new Retreat Hot Tub I cannot praise Eden Hot Tubs enough. The service provided from start to finish was excellent. Installed before the expected date by a very professional installation team. Thank you Dan and Nick for a level of service and product that unfortunately is quite rare these days

WOW! These guys are fabulous! Dan and his team were such a help to us from start to finish and I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again. I can't recommend them highly enough. Dan was so informative for our choice of tub and wanted to be absolutely sure he could get the one we wanted before taking any deposit which was a real credit to him. The delivery was accurate and ran so smoothly with a follow up call almost immediately. A huge thank you to all involved and hope that this review continues to encourage people to look no further for their hot tub!

Had a great chat with Dan from Eden Spas. Explained what I was looking for. Great advice and luckily 1 tub was left on a shipment that was coming. Placed order straight away. Arrived today 26/7/21. Lads turned up. Brought tub through and installed very professionally. Very impressed with sales and service and follow up off Dan to make sure all was well.

Amazing service
We had our hot tub delivered on Saturday 3rd July and we can highly recommend Eden hot tub . Dan and his team of fitters gave us a first class service very professional thanks team Eden

Eden provide a level of customer service and product I can only liken to a 1990 John Lewis. I had originally purchased a hot tub from a different company but when my delivery date came and went, with no contact I began a desperate search for anyone who had stock. And I cannot tell you how glad I am! Dan answered my numerous questions and guided me through the product range to help me decide what I wanted. I offered to pay in full there and then (thinking it would help my chances of actually getting one) and he wouldn’t accept, requesting payment only the day before delivery. He kept in touch with me, made sure they would be able to fit it where I wanted before delivery etc. When the delivery date landed on a day I had to be away for work, his team came extra early (7.30am!) just so that I could have it that day and it would be ready for when I got home the next, rather than waiting until the following week. What company does that these days?! Outstanding.

As for the actual tub… it is just so beautiful. We went for the Wonderland (on Dan’s advice). It is even better than described. My children and I have loved discovering all the different functions, each seat does something a little different. The power of the jets is immense, but being able to turn off individual seats and leave the others on… that made my 5 year olds day! There is also one seat that she can sit in with her head above the water. She thinks Dan made that seat especially for her, and although I know he didn’t, with the incredible level of thought and caring I have seen from Eden - it wouldn’t surprise me if he had.

I am incredibly grateful to Dan and his team. Polite, friendly, knowledgeable. A company that exceeds expectation yet is down to earth. Thank you Eden!

Had my hot tub delivered and installed today. Absolutely perfect service with Dan at eden hot tubs , the pricing and packages are everything you need and no hidden costs like others. He is always on hand to answer questions you may have , very quick responses so you are not left hanging around waiting . Fantastic installation team who know what they are doing and again answer any questions you may have .

Our wonderful hot tub was installed & fully set up yesterday. We are extremely pleased with the whole friendly, efficient process, start to finish.
Dan was really quick to respond to any questions & was very honest in a phone call about the pros & cons between the different options & helped us decide on the tub that suited my chronic pain needs. There was no cheesy, rehearsed sales pitch or push to upgrade to a more expensive option (like we got at a different local company) & they could deliver within less than 2 weeks (compared to the 12+ weeks delivery times of many other companies).
We did have an issue with the waterfall not working consistently. Dan immediately tried to help us over the phone & then asked the 2 friendly installation people to come back, just a few hours later, who fixed it quickly on their way to the next delivery. Dan had warned us in the initial phone call, that very occasionally there can be slight settling in issues, as the transport process can dislodge or loosen parts….again, this upfront honesty & immediate action to resolve the issue, is one of the many reasons we are very happy with our purchase from Eden Hot Tubs & can highly recommend them!

I recently purchased a Hot Tub from Eden Hot Tubs, The service I received was Great, Dan was so helpful from start to finish, he was always on the end of the phone . If not he always returned my call or message Hot tub arrived with no issues and installed very prompt
