Terrible customer service advise! And food not fit for consumption!
I have had my dog on the semi moist for over 5 years, but over the last 6 months every bag i have received has been bone dry, and a completely different colour, my dog obviously refused to eat it. I contacted customer service and they told me to put hot water on it to soften the food, I told them I was not happy with this, but they informed me i needed to send the food back so they could investigate! Then they said they would send me 1 bag to replace, however, the batch number was exactly the same, so the food was exactly the same!
I did this and a few days later I noticed he was scratching constantly and generally uncomfortable.
He was checked for fleas, none, so I took him to the vets. My vet informed me the food was the most likely cause, they said the oils in the food had gone rancid, causing it to completely dry out and that being told to put hot water on it was appalling, as this can cause bacteria!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Eden Dog Food Supplier, and especially about Tara Mason. From the moment we arrived, Tara was absolutely exceptional. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, welcoming, and took the time to explain everything clearly, answering all of my questions with genuine care and expertise.
What impressed me most was the way Tara treated my 3-month-old Pomsky, Jarissa. She made Jarissa feel like she was the most important little pup in the world! Her warmth and affection were so genuine, and it was obvious that she truly cares about dogs and their wellbeing—not simply about making a sale.
Tara gave me complete confidence that I was making the right choices for Jarissa's nutrition and development. It is rare to find someone who combines such excellent product knowledge with such a personal, caring approach.
Eden is incredibly lucky to have Tara representing them. She turned what could have been a simple dog-food purchase into an outstanding experience. I left feeling informed, reassured, and genuinely valued as a customer.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Eden and Tara Mason to any dog owner who wants fantastic products, expert advice, and genuinely first-class customer service. Jarissa gives Tara two very enthusiastic paws up—and so do I! 🐾❤️ Five stars without hesitation!

Great dry food, but free delivery terms should be reviewed
Great and healthy recipes!! Our cats adore dry Chicken and Turkey food, but not big fans of other tastes. We tried wet food as well but they didn’t like it. We also tried bone broth and dry treats and those were totally ignored by out cats. So we only keep buying chicken dry food. Another thing I would like to mention is delivery. It is good and speedy, no issues here. But what stumped me is the threshold for free delivery. Says it is for orders over £75 and it is literally for OVER £75. I was going to buy a bundle for £75 but I was still not eligible for free delivery! There was a note to say that I am £0.01 away from free delivery 🙄 Who does that? Would make perfect sense to include £75.

Perfect for fussy dogs
We have a fussy one year old cocker spaniel and we really struggled to find a food she enjoyed. We tried everything but after a few days she’s get bored again. I came across Eden and bought some of the semi-moist sample packs - and she loved them. A month later and she still loves the semi-moist so finally, we’ve found a food!
Delivery is brilliantly quick and it’s worth every penny!

You can’t go wrong with Eden
You can’t go wrong with Eden, I changed my dog to it after rescuing her from an unhappy place. She bacterial stools and not energetic but since being on Eden there’s no going back. Great service and superb feedback when required.

Eden Gourmet is an Excellent Food
I moved Coco onto the Eden Gourmet range when she was diagnosed with Follicular Lymphoma. This food immediately stabilised her gut symptoms and the specialists called it her miracle food! She has not had to start chemo and is so far doing really well. I’ve also now got Lulu my other Shih Tzu on it too and all her skin complaints have just cleared up!

My Cavalier King Charles dog her name is Bonnie was such a fussy eater. I tried from the cheapest to the most expensive wet dry food and she would not eat it I’ve been giving her Eden moist food for three weeks and she absolutely loves it. A coat is shiny and she seems to have more energy,
