Quick, efficient and great service from Harry - especially when it transpired I’d ordered the wrong item and needed to do an exchange, which he kindly arranged.

I ordered a deadlock a couple of weeks ago, the lock arrived the following day and was fitted a day or so later. A couple of weeks went by and the lock developed a fault. I contacted elixir for advice and received a same day response from Harry, with a link to an alternative product.
I hadn’t even had the chance to follow the link when the following day a replacement lock arrived, no quibbles, multiple questions etc, just good old fashioned customer service the way it used to be.

I recently purchased some gate fittings and numerous cans of spray paint. The prepurchase advice was excellent regarding which type of paint would be most suitable for the various surfaces that needed to be painted. Unfortunately due to an error on my behalf I needed to return several items and Harry went above and beyond with the help he provided in the returns process. I would definitely recommend this company.
