The phone line for support is engaged all day so there is no help whatsoever .Why would anyone use this

I like that it was very secure and private. I am able to download docs and ypur team even helped this 60 year old find it.
Kindness and patience were the words i can use to describe the lovely person who helped me.

A good secure email site where you can safely send confidential documents. When I had occasion to contact them with a query, this was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The only down side is that emails only stay on the site for a limited period.

Egress did laptop repair, they are efficient and professional. Kept updated on progress, carried out repair and we are very satisfied. Courier collected and will be returned in a few day's.

I absolutely hate Egress and am forced to use it by the sender. It is not easy to simply send an email, not very compatible with mobile devices, getting a copy of emails for archive and legal reasons is always difficult and next to impossible on a mobile phone and it deletes emails after a while

It is absolutely impossible to sign in to Egress. It must be the only Website that doesn’t offer the opportunity to reset password. It also has that very annoying feature that each time you type, all you see is a series of DOTS, so that if you are poor sighted or even if you’re not, you have no idea whether you’ve made a mistake whilst you’re typing and it is just rejected and you have to go back to square one. I have to ask all my consultant to just send me normal emails, because EGRESS does not work.

Really easy to renew your annual subscription. Pricing and packages very transparent.

Terrible. There is no “forgot your password “ button. My phone didn’t save the auto generated secure password, the one that’s impossible to remember. I therefore can’t reset the password and access my account (n/b you can change your password if you know the old one).
This is the new online system being used by my local NHS to order vital repeat prescriptions. Will never use again.

Very communicative and quick to respond with any issues

Totally useless. I needed to reply to a secure email but while it will let me open the email when I try to reply it won't accept my password. This is far rom the only time I've had issues with Egress. I hate it and would never use it again if I didn't have to due the company I deal with using it.

Egress is easy to set up and use immediately. It give great peace of mind to send confidential documents to others. It's great that, with a subscription, there is a guarantee that all recipients of mail can open attachments etc. as my membership enables them to do so, without them needing to subscribe. And good technical support is also there if needed. It's enabled me to work so much more efficiently.

We have to use Egress to send emails securely to the Local Autority when submiting reports. The only issue we have with Egress is, due to Microsoft changes to email clients we now use the web based verson of Outlook. Egress does not work in web based version of Outlook. Therefore we have to log into Egress email client seperately to send emails. This is not ideal as it is a bit more complicated to keep track of what has been submitted. It was alot eaiser when we could send emails using the Egress button to send emails in Outlook (Desktop verson). The Egress add in on web based verson of Outlook does not work, even though you can still add it as an add in in web based verson of outlook. This is not made clear, as you can still send an email thinking you have sent it securely but the email recieved is not secure.

It has provided a layer of security that helps to protect my organization from email-borne threats, reduce the risk of data breaches, improve compliance with industry regulations, and reduce the workload on IT staff.

Must be the worst email system I have ever had the misfortune to use, why a government would use it, I don't know, typical of them to make an easy task so complicated.
