This company is saying it was delivered on 31st march??? Yet the tracking they provide is as below.
They are the worst company I've ever ordered from and recommend stay very clear of it. ABSOLUTE RUBBISH. United Kingdom

Ordered 4 weeks ago and still not arrived. Take note this is a US based company which seems to outsource customer service as the email replies i have been receiving are very questionable.
If you are looking for a quick delivery i suggest you look elsewhere.
Shocking service all round

I order 2 small tapestry kits on the 5th December and after reading the reviews (after ordering, big mistake!) was very doubtful that they would arrive. However, they arrived today. I ordered on the 5th Dec and arrived 23rd December, so about 3 weeks. The order comes from America, and like other comments I thought I was ordering from the UK, and yes, they did add an extra tax on after I pressed the pay button, so beware of this. Really not very good.
I did get tracking details, which were updated about every 3 days, so no issues there.
I did try to cancel the order once I read past reviews as they say on their Web site you can do this up until shipping. I literally emailed a few hours after placing my order, and did get an email reply, but was fobbed off by someone with quite poor English language skills saying it had already been shipped and nothing could be done. Don't believe this for one second!
So to the product itself. Actually not bad. My only issue is that the material you embroider on to is all rather nylon, which is such a shame, as had it been cotton or linen, it would have been so much nicer. I might try and retrace the pattern onto some cotton fabric.
Would I order from them again? No. I have found the exact same items on a famous Chinese website, at a fraction of the cost, and I expect these ones originated in China in the first place, so will order direct from them I future and cut out the middle man!
So I think it is a case of buyer beware, and maybe shop around a bit.

This is a US based company so shipping took around 5 weeks to get to the UK. This wasn't made clear when ordering. Items arrived ok and quality is ok. Have started to get spam emails from US based companies now and Egreterons unsubscribe button doesn't work, just sends you to a page with a logo on it and no writing. There are better companies to buy from if you're a UK buyer.

Ordered item on 13 November it got to uk customers on 13 December emailed asking for uk tracking number but nothing since scam site

I bought a game advertised on Facebook, looked good, strategy with linking up colours. I bought 3 on an offer, £9 each. When they arrived (late) they were in awful packaging, just a cheap brown cardboard box, and the game was equally cheap standard. Main problem was that you are supposed to push the balls along in your go to line up matching colours ..this doesn't work. The game surface doesn't enable this and the balls just bunch up so the game is unplayable. I asked to send them back and they refused, they offered me £3 to keep them!
I declined and said that these don't work and they no longer reply to my emails. I've been fair and polite the whole time.
Don't buy from them.
I can't give these as presents as they don't work ...money wasted.

Order placed on November 9th. Chased by email after almost four weeks and reply was not helpful or apologetic.
Tracking updates are confusing.
Item still not arrived on December 9th.
Save your money and shop elsewhere - this company do not deserve your custom

I was just about to order when I saw the reviews. Strange all the US based reviews are good and very similar to each other (AI?) but everyone in the UK has had problems. Don't think I'll bother.

I still havnt received my items and ive been waiting 2 months! Apparently was ‘delivered’ in october at 2.30am! Absolute rubbish! I was asleep at this time and no note was put through the door and my local post office dont have it. Ive been trying to track these parcels to THIS DAY! and still got no where. They are liars! And theres no complaint team… how strange. All they do is give me 2 different order numbers that are not on ANY sytem. Dont do what ive done and trust this site!!

Do not use. They are not UK based as they claim but coming from China. They use Landbase Ltd as their UK contact but they are indeed Chinese sellers. I ordered the embroidery kit and it didn’t come with linen but polyester, regular needles instead of embroidery needles, 7 images instead of 8 which I paid for (they duplicated one of the images) the instructions are a ripoff from an Etsy sellers PDF file. They also charged me more after the sale. I had to put through a claim on PayPal which PayPal covered instead of getting it from the seller. I’ve now had to return the (not as described) item back to China at my own expense PayPal is also covering the return). PayPal obviously protects these Chinese sellers but will also protect you as well. Just need to be aware of who you’re dealing with as their terms and conditions do not correlate to PayPals terms and conditions.

Absolutely appalling
Never use this company. Order placed on 3rd October. Emailed 3rd November. Advised they would resend. Emailed 18th November and advised parcel had been returned but not to their warehouse. Either I could reorder and pay shipping fee or refund me - shipping fee and product amount????
Thought that this was a genuine UK firm but obs not!!!!!!

I wouldn’t order from this company again! I ordered the Floral Resin Night Light. My first order never arrived and my second order did but the quality is awful and the finish is all rough and sharp! This was a gift, that I can’t give! I asked for my money back and they refused and offered me £1 compensation!

I bought Anatomy busy book and it is not what it is shown from the video and when i want to return ,they said I have to pay for delivery fee myself and it is not worth it .They said ,they can only refund me £4 .
So you better like what you ordered there is no turning back .

Nearly 5 weeks still no delivery, been in uk since 30th October, this company will never get my custom again

I ordered a granny square crochet card set which did not arrive. I chased this order up after seeing it was in the delivery depot for over 14 days. when i spoke to Egreteron to find out what is happening they informed me that the parcel was damaged, so i had 2 options
1 option to cancel the order to which I would only get part of my money back because they would take off delivery? 2nd option i could reorder but would have to pay again for the order. Even though none of this was my fault I am being penalised and are out of pocket I wont buy from these again. just be aware if you are parting with money if your order does not arrive you have lost money.

Unacceptable to quote one cost on invoice for a product and then take another 30% from the bank account without notification or any kind of email communication to explain why. Avoid. Not impressed in the slightest. Tell us the final cost, not take more money than we expect to pay for a product.

Wish I'd read the reviews. Order confirmation for £20:99, invoiced for £25:99. I mistakenly thought I was purchasing from a British company, not one in America. Talk about misleading selling techniques. I doubt the item will turn up.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Just bought 2 x items and paid by BACs. The price I was expecting to pay was 20.38, money taken from bank 24.68.

When questioned- they sent an updated invoice, not how to do business.

AVOID. Wish I had read reviews.

Purchased the Granny Square Card Deck , it is a very poor imitation of the legitimate goods . The instruction booklet print is minute and completely unreadable even using a magnifier. I contacted the company with my complaint, not interested .
Do not buy from this company.

Steer clear!
Waited weeks for the granny square card deck and it's a definite fake of really poor quality (it has "dooklet" rather than booklet printed on the outside of the box). Shame as I bought one as a gift and it wasn't that much cheaper than waiting for a reputable retailer to have it back in stock (might have even been quicker).
