A good quality caddy, I purchased to store washing powder rather than for vegetable peelings. I am happy with my purchase.

Really like this company, they have solidly built, beautifully designed and well thought out products. Their ethos and communications are fantastic, deliveries have always been fast and on time, it's a real pleasure to do business with this company.

Have an Eko bin, wanted the official fresheners. Turned up pronto, all good. The bin itself is also v good :)

Ordered a bin (to store washing powder in in my laundry room). It arrived promptly and loved the quality of the product- only problem was it wasn’t the colour I ordered. I emailed the company and Karen answered me within a few hours. Bin was replaced and original one collected within a couple of days. Karen also sent me some complimentary bin liners to compensate me for the mix up (I didn’t ask for them but it was very much appreciated) and a follow up email a few days later to make sure I’m happy. I am extremely happy with the product and excellent customer service- I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

Fantastic customer service from Karen, we’ve an old bin with a damaged lid, she went way out of her way to locate a newer lid that could fit on an old bin. Highly recommend EKO bins.

Very good quality recycling bin, easy to operate and to clean. Looks good too.

Eko customer service is amazing. Our bin arrived with a cracked lid (parcelforce) and I received a same day reply from Eko. They quickly despatched a replacement lid with a different courier that arrived the following day. Accidents happen, but it’s how the company deals with them that gives you confidence and the feeling of being valued.

Really well designed product (kitchen bin) both looks & functionality. Prompt reswponse to request to change delivery address - great sevice.

Great bin loved the rectangle shape fitted perfectly at the end of my kitchen units. Smart design for a plastic bin . Sturdy catch which clicks closed smoothly. Really impressed no damage in transit May get a smaller bathroom bin Thanks EKO glad I am helping the environment too.

I ordered a bin directly from Eko as they stocked one that was the perfect size for my kitchen. It arrived so quickly, even before the dispatch notification arrived. It was packaged well. I love the colour, the simplicity of the design. Easy to empty, easy to clean, no smells. I think I might order another one. Thank you Eko.

Such great customer service and helpful staff who went above and beyond to resolve an issue I had even when I purchased from a retailer. Amazing

The sensor function on the lid of our EKO Deluxe Phantom Sensor Bin did not work as it should.
We emailed EKO, and received a prompt response from Karen and Lara in the Customer Service team. They asked all the correct questions to ensure that we had followed set-up instructions correctly, and asked for a video of the operation of the lid.
Once it was established that the lid was not functioning properly, they did everything possible to ensure that a replacement lid was sent out as quickly as possible, and actually tracked it through to its arrival at our front door. The new lid is working superbly.

this is a great bin bit more expensive but after years of buying cheaper ones that break went for this great quality the sensor is on the top so doesn't open every time u walk past plenty of time before lid closes and has a led warning to let you know it closing also has a manual open and close button only had short time but seems robust

My bin battery cover came off and had been lost so I contacted Eko to ask if I could possibly get another and I was amazed how quickly they got me invoice and sent out only waited two day for battery cover after I had order it. Karen was amazing quick and polite throughout the whole process.

I contacted Eko looking for a replacement for a bin lid that broke. Lara was efficient, friendly and helpful in sending out a replacement. When that arrived damaged she sent out a further replacement ASAP which has now arrived in one piece. Delighted with the customer service. Some companies could take a leaf out of Eko's book! Thank you Lara :)

Great response and tip given to resolve the issue-the pop up lid had stopped working-was given a fix-and it works like new-thankyou for your prompt response. Had this dispenser almost a year, love the style, design it really is a beautiful piece of bathroom furniture
