Great service and Great staff

I wanted a Zappi EV charger moved to another location. This required 20m of new armoured cable to be wired from the consumer unit to the Zappi. Communication with Electric11 was first class from start to finish and the final bill was as expected. The installers were friendly, very capable and arrived at the time agreed.

Good communication, good price for a service and check over on a pre installed solar panel system and Max went above and beyond to make sure we knew how to operate our system & made a few recommendations - and it wasn't even a system that they had installed. Certainly use them again.

From the initial quote to the final works we were very happy with the way that Electric11 handled themselves. There was one issue which I reported immediately and I was very impressed with their response and how this was dealt with and resolved. They worked very hard completing all the works for my daughters new build house which was putting up lights, adding sockets, installing an outside light, moving sockets, installing chargers etc. All done by Gabriel and Ollie brilliantly with solutions provided for small issues, they even added caulk to fill in little holes.

A lovely run company and good admin offices too. Would recommend.

We recently had Electric 11 fit solar panels, inverter and two batteries and an EV charger to our property. They listened, advised and were extremely effective and efficient from start to finish of the installation. Aftercare has been excellent.
No hesitation in recommending their work.

This was our second time of using Electric11.
Max arrived to install uplighters in part of our garden. He had the main cabling work done in no time. Then began the digging to bury the cables. It was a hot day with rock hard ground.
Supported later by James, they both worked efficiently until the job was done. At the end of the day all uplighters were installed and working. They look amazing.
Max then returned to install brick replacement lights. Installing new up/down lights and wiring for a hot tub supported with Olly.
All this was done with brilliantly hidden cabling. Max talked with us about where to put cabling, lights and was very easy to understand.
At the end of the day everything was installed.
Not a scrap of rubbish or brick dust was left.
A brilliant company to do business with from the quote, the office staff and the electricians.
We are completely delighted with all the work carried out and a very competitive price.

We had 18 solar panels, inverter and battery installed by Electric 11, and they were quick and tidy and made good all works.
We also had to have a full house re-wire, which was done over a period of a few weeks, due to us living in the property as the work was done. Chris and Olly did a great job, listening to what we wanted and making suggestions as the work progressed. Our only criticism is the communication could be better, but otherwise would recommend them.

Zappi EV Charger Instalation.
I called Electice11 for a qoute for a EV chager They arrived the next day to survey with the email qoute arriving 2 hours later.
On ordering I had to wait about a week for instalation on arival the engineer was hard working thorough and tidy.
On completion he explaned how the chager worked.
I am very happy with the work completed by Electric11 and happerly use them again for any electrical work.

The team at Electric11 have been brilliant. They helped me choose the right EV charger, were competitively priced and very quick to get the install completed. The install was carried out professionally and I really appreciate that the engineer took the time to talk me through the process and give me options for the cable runs, suggesting some great ways to conceal it nicely so it looks good. They were also really good at helping me when I had an issue with my charger, returning the next day to help me. I will definitely be going back to Electric11 if I need any other electrical services

Electric 11 were quick to respond with a competitive quote for an EV charger installation and were also quick to get the work started. They completed the job efficiently and with a friendly attitude and wouldn't leave without making sure the car was successfully charging for the first time. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I reached out with an enquiry about PAT Testing. I received a same day reply, was given lots of options for date and location and a clear breakdown of prices.

I booked for the following week, arrived on the day expecting to drop of my devices and pick them up later that day.

They actually offered to test them there and then, which freed up the rest of my afternoon.

The office staff were great from the outset — very accommodating and easy to deal with when arranging everything. That positive experience carried right through to the installation itself, where James and Gabriel did a fantastic job fitting my new battery and inverter.

I had a specific idea of where I wanted the equipment installed, which — I'll admit — was probably a more awkward placement than they would have originally recommended. Rather than pushing back or trying to talk me out of it, they worked with me to make it happen exactly as I wanted. That kind of customer-first attitude is rare and really appreciated.

Could not have asked for better. Pleasant, friendly and hard working. Nothing was any trouble even when I changed my mind. My home was left clean and safe. If I need any other electrical work done in the future I will absolutely call Electric11 again. Very very happy.

Second time I've used these guys, can't recommend enough. Reasonably priced and great work done. This time was to run power to a posh shed, including multiple power sockets and lights inside and out. Great workmanship, happy to adapt as needed and all cleaned away after.

I recently had two 11 kWh Fox storage batteries installed at my home by Electric11 Ltd, and the entire experience was exceptional. The team demonstrated outstanding professionalism and dedication from start to finish.

Special thanks to the supervisor Tim, who ensured everything ran smoothly, and to the electricians James and Gabriel, who worked tirelessly until 9 pm to complete the installation. Both were professional, polite, and engaging throughout the process, making the experience seamless and pleasant.

I also want to acknowledge the excellent support from the admin team, Guio and Aaliyah, who managed scheduling and communication efficiently with a great attitude.

Even without solar panels installed yet (which I plan to add later), I am already saving around £8 per day on my energy costs thanks to the new batteries. I highly recommend Electric11 Ltd and their fantastic team for anyone considering home energy storage solutions!
