Wrong part
I chose to pick up my order as I needed it urgently even though I was 50km away. Unfortunately at pickup time I didn't check if it is the exact part I had ordered and when I was back at workshop noticed that I was given wrong part.
The correct part however was then shipped to me with no charge after I communicated the mistake and got delivered to me the day after.

Smeg models can vary quite a bit, and unfortunately seals that look similar are not always interchangeable. Gave 5 star even though I had a lot of difficulty placing the order over my phone. I was able to ring customer service and was amazed a person was on the other end! Got there in the end and the delivery time was terrific.
