Thank you for your feedback — we completely understand how frustrating delivery delays can be.
For your order, the selected freight option was Aramex – Domestic (2–5 working days). If the Australia Post Express option had been selected (for orders placed before 11am), this would have been sent via the overnight express network.
Your order was placed at 6:16pm on 10/02/2026, and we had it packed and ready for collection by 10:08am the following morning, so there was no delay on our end in preparing or dispatching it.
We’ve checked the tracking (ESAU311683266), and unfortunately the delay appears to be within the courier network. As soon as parcels leave our warehouse, delivery timeframes are managed by the carrier, and in this case we’re unsure why it hasn’t been delivered within the expected window.
Please reach out to our team directly if you haven’t already — we’re more than happy to follow this up with Aramex on your behalf and help get this resolved as quickly as possible.

I needed a part for a washing machine urgently. The website worked perfectly and the part was ready at the warehouse almost immediately. They were way to contact via email and organise a courier as I couldn’t pick it up last minute. Highly recommend all aspects of their service and quality of product. Will definitely use again when something breaks

No problem with ordering or delivery
No problem with ordering or delivery.
The oven seal has broken within 24hrs of putting it on. It has come apart where it is glued. It was the right size for my 900mm Blanco oven, just came apart where the ends joined.
