I am extremely satisfied with the service received from Electrocity over the Christmas period 2020. I’ve been trying to order a new Bosch washing machine since early January for delivery before Christmas but all the major stores I went to or called either did not have the specific one or couldn’t deliver in time for Christmas. By chance I saw the washing machine on electricity website on Thursday 17th December, I called the shop in Carlow and the customer service agent Danny was very helpful, he assured me that if I ordered before noon on thesame it would be delivered before Christmas. I placed my order online on Thursday 17 December, I got my order details and tracking number, and my appliance was delivered to my home in Bettystown Co Meath on Tuesday 22nd December.
The delivery man was pleasant and helpful. I have been enjoying my appliance since, I can’t fault their service.
