The employees were great...I had trouble downloading some things and took my new laptop back to the store. Two men worked on it between customers. They made it easier for me to click on my favorites. They did not charge me anything. I would highly recommend them, plus they had a much better choice and a betters price than Walmart!

Excellent smalls person. He said that the delivery person could hook my ice maker up. I explained to the Salesman how my previous refrigerator was connected under my sink. The salesman explained that The Delivery person could connect it . The delivery person was not able to do it

They had the product in stock and available and was able to pick up that day which is important when you need a stove for a rental house

The two delivery personnel were not proficient in the job. 1. Left necessary tools at previous job. 2. Did not tighten water supply line and it leaked. 3. could not get the dishwasher installed into the cabinet as they left the left side protruding further out than the left. 4. Could not attached the mounting brackets. 5. Left with only one side of the unit secured with a screw and left the right side for me to secure. NOTE: Service Manager did a good job in getting above corrected with a more experienced technician.
