Like others. I was scammed. Site looks legit, loads the pay through shopify. Ordered Fireplace. Couriertrackr.com moves shipment around and finally goes to status of "arrived at international airport to abroad". Calls/emails to Elegant Home go unanswered. SCAM. Disputed charges with CC company.

Scam site. Put a stove in my basket to see total cost, and the Shop Pay platform self checked me out and completed a purchase without me ever authorizing or choosing to do so. Trying to get the charges reveresed with the credit card issuer. RUN AWAY is all I can say!

Verified scam site. Do not waste your time or money. I have reported the site to the FBI cyber crimes division and they have opened an investigation to try to locate the scum bags running the site.

Ordered a fireplace insert on 03/26/26. The site looks pretty legit, but what threw up a red flag was the tracking number on "couriertrackr.com". Very sketchy site. It updated the tracking periodically to look like its moving, but on 04/10/26 said it was "at airport to abroad" and was dated 04/11/26. I emailed Elegant Home USA and heard nothing. The fake tracking as of now says my order is at an airport of my delivery address. I do not have an airport. Filed a dispute with my card company, hope I get a refund.

I'm reporting this site to IC3 the Internet Fraud Complaint Center administered by the FBI in Fairmont WV. They investigate fraud sites like this.

Scam Company
They accept your order, and you never hear from them again. They don't respond to emails, the don't answer the phone, or return voicemails. No shipping details, and no order fulfillment.

This site is a scam. I ordered a fireplace on 3/20 and received an email stating they had excessive orders and that my shipment would be delayed. 8 days later I received another email with a tracking number for Couriertrackr.com. After 15 days I sent multiple emails and called with no reply. Stay away from Elegant Home USA. Thankfully I haven’t paid my cc bill yet. Will def. Not pay that and file a claim.

Ordered a Pellet Stove from Elegant Home USA. Received an email telling me the stove had shipped and they sent me a tracking number that led me to a site called Couriertrackr.com. It's a bunk site. The tracking bounced around for a few days before it stopped. Shows that our stove was put on a flight "abroad", but then nothing more. Have emailed and called them several times every day. No response, no answer. This is fraud.

Very well organized scam site, deals just enough to entice an order then they send a fake "couriertrackr" email from a warehouse from Manhattan NY, no warehouse down there from distribution ave. - policy for return of payment is impossible given they do not contact you back, stay far away and find another deal, sad I trusted the site linked review site, all part of the scam.

Complete scam website. They never answer the phone or call back. 10 attempts and never a call. No answers to emails or chat is never a person. They deploy a fake shipper/tracking site to fill you longer. The website lists a fictitious warehouse address in downtown Manhattan zip that’s not a real address. It just keeps adding fake statuses when you login. Again never a person and never an item. Definitely a scam.

This site looked legitimate, but it is a scam. They sent me a fake tracking number and I had to file a chargeback.

I ordered a solar inverter from this website but have not been able to contact them, nor have I heard anything from them. I believe it is a scam site.
