Product falls apart and software is glitchy.
Every time I used the app it forced me to go through the multi step initial device setup. It doesn't take accurate readings and their management team is aware of these issues yet they have not been fixed in months.

Sent it back for a refund and they took 3 weeks to initiate the refund only to ding me with $60 in fees although their policy says $40 of shipping and handling fees.

Besides if the product is non functional should you even charge a handling fee at all?

This product is absolute garbage. there is no "improvement" of your sleep or how quickly you're able to fall asleep. if you truly believe there is it's complete placebo. not to mention it runs you 240 bucks a year if you get the subscription. absolutely garbage company and product. DO NOT BUY.

I bought this device and quickly suspected it wasn’t what it seemed, took it apart to discover it doesn’t use EEG at all those are just temp sensors and that’s the whole reason they use bone conduction, to make it seem like if you take it off it stops reading the signals. Do not trust them. It’s nothing more than a $400 white noise device. When I tried to return it within 1 day of receiving they never responded, when I spoke out on their social media ads they blocked me. I’m not even sure how they have a 2.3 score here since they have a 100% 1 star review rating.

DO NOT BUY ITS A TOTAL SCAM! I had trouble getting the band to work from day one. Tech support was responsive but offered little help by offering tips such as "reboot your device, delete the app, do a hard reset, clean the pads". I asked for a refund but it was outside the 30 day window. I asked for an exchange for a new device. No response." Biggest waste of money ever.

Tried it one night and I woke up 4 times in the night. I normally wake up once a night. Also, I used to have occasional tinnitus in my left ear. Now it is constant and it won't go away.

I ordered the product and it was supposedly delivered by USPS. It was not. They said to file a claim. That requires the address of where shipped from and type of insurance. I have been unable to get that information from them or communicate with a live person. Keep getting the AI run around. There poor customer service reviews are warranted.

I did not know I'd need to pay for an additional app when I ordered it. REACHED OUT TO Support to find out they only have a 30 day return policy . The product doesn't work and it's a total placebo.

The product actively made my sleep worse. I gave it a solid good-faith effort. Even on the lowest volume it woke me up and kept me awake.

I talked to a customer service rep over instagram before ordering. They promised an extended trial for 3 months. Unfortunately, when I went to return it they disavowed the offer.

I will be filing a complaint with the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act (Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 17.41 et seq.) and going thru my credit card for restitution.

Listen to myself and other reviewers - do not buy this product!

Instead of improving my sleep, the product made it worse both subjectively and as tracked by other devices. Lowering the volume/intensity didn't make a difference (they warm too loud can have the opposite effect.) The statistics they publish do not mention what % of users experienced worse sleep, only the % with improvement.

It also caused a mild sinus headache and skin irritation (no, I didn't have it on too tight or too loose.)

The app's sleep stage tracking, despite the presumption that EEG data is the best for that, is half-backed, clearly lacking software trained on a wide enough sample of sleepers. It produced non-sense results such as deep sleep starting right at the beginning of the app/band start and about 10 min of deep sleep detected during 20 min nap tests.

But the worst is their misleading advertising. On their Web Site they say "30-day money-back guarantee" with no fine print, no asterisk, not even a neutral link to the return policy. But when you return, they charge a $40 handling fee!
