I was hesitant before buying since I usually never buy footwear online but I am so glad I went for it! All of my friends asked me where I got my elephant sneakers from. The print is stunning and they are very comfortable. I walk 2 miles a day and they have never let me down! I now have to buy the matching bag for sure. The customer service agent was very helpful to me and provided advice on the package. Expect 3 weeks to receive the items.

Sizing was not a slam-dunk easy thing. My shoes fit fine, my wife's were too small. Rather than try to get a refund, we will donate them. Also, mine are comfortable BUT they are very hard to get on. They don't stretch and the opening for the foot is narrow. I *can* get them on, but it's a struggle. Sometimes I opt for another pair of shoes to wear because I don't have the time to fight to get my feet into them. I thought they would loosen up as I wore them, but nope...

Starting with sizing, this is always confusing to me when ordering online. I decided to just go with my usual US7 shoe size. Thankfully they fit fine! I ordered their low top shoes. I love them! they cost me around 60 bucks and have the coolest elephant design ever. If you go buy generic ones without any design they cost 50 bucks so it was well worth the price to have these unique shoes. Delivery took around 2 weeks in my case but I was expecting it. On another note I also got one of their blankets and it was way better than expected! The design is very bright and vibrant. Will come back again.

I had a pair of tiger boots delivered 15 days ago so I wanted to share my particular experience. Their customer service is very responsive. I chose a size US5 by mistake and they responded In a few hours and changed the size. Delivery took 17 days for me. Quality is great, I work as a teacher and my students love to see them! They are very similar to the pictures online. I will try their sneakers when I get paid again.

I purchased a pair of their hummingbird boots. I was a little surprised to find they were being shipped from China and I had to then pay an unexpected import tax. This should be advised to purchasers during the checkout process.
The boots arrived and I was very happy with them, they are very comfortable. However it appears the finishing process for my pair had been defective as they immediately started to scratch and mark. It was extremely disappointing, and I feel a failure of their quality control process.
I contacted the company, and they accepted the problem, and offered me a choice of a replacement pair or a full refund, as it was still within 30 days of purchase. I chose the latter as I didn’t want to have to pay a second import tax. So I cannot fault their response, but I am still disappointed that the product had failed their quality control in the first place.

Starting with delivery, I chose the $11.95 option and the items did arrive in just 2 weeks! Worth the extra cost, the normal shipping is $3.95 but probably takes longer. I got their hummingbird sneakers, for 64 dollars. For this price tag I wasn't expecting much but they truly are high quality sneakers. They are extremely lightweight which makes them perfect for running. Makes you stand out since I haven't since anyone else with birds on their shoes lol. The print is surprisingly colorful. Their customer service reps are very friendly and helpful.

Finally some vegan boots. I love boots but most of the cool ones I see online are made out of leather, that is a big nono for me. I love these! They look like leather but you can easily tell it is synthetic, as a vegan I have some experience with this issue and can notice. Expect around 3 weeks for delivery but I chose the cheapest shipping option. The best part was that my boots were a bit big so I contacted their customer service. They actually sent another pair for free to my address and let me keep the original ones. Now I have 2 pairs!! I will be gifting the first one to my sister.

DONT BUY!!!! This company is a front of some kind. The merchandise comes from somewhere in China. There is ABSOLUTELY no return policy or customer service! I found a company address. Went to the U.S. Post Office and was told the address in Wyoming is a non deliverable address. Googled the address and call the office and the man on the phone just said he was not the registered agent. Very sketchy. Contacted the Secretary of State for Wyoming and there is no Elephantsity business license. Don't do business with this company!

Have purchased two times. The first I bought a Hoodie which is one of my favorites! It has a colorful elephant and is really cozy. My other purchase was for one of their Mandala pattern boots which I have used every week for 3 months. They still look as good as new fortunately. I have wide feet but they fit just fine. Expect to wait around 3 weeks for delivery.

I got my hoodie and my pair of sneakers recently and I really like them. They are true to size, the print is really similar to the pictures on their site. They are really lightweight and hold up very well while running as well! I am of to trying their boots next!

I am an avid horse lover so I decided to give their boots a try! I am extremely happy I chose to do so! I even take them with me when riding. Everyone always asks me where I got them.I wear a size US10 and they fit just fine. Could not be happier with my purchase.

This has been my go to site for ordering elephant shoes for around a year now. I must say I am quite impressed by the quality of the sneakers. They are very lightweight and are comfortable to use. I have even used them for running every now and then! I also bought a pair of boots that have been a blessing this harsh winter, they hold up very well in my opinion. Sizing is accurate as well! I wish they had pants as well.

I saw the hummingbird Boots and had to get them! The print matches the pictures on their site and they are quite comfortable. sizing was fine and delivery as well considering they are custom made. My husband is now getting one of the Wolf ones! Wish they had more hummingbird stuff. Love their mission as well.

Three words: buy. these. shoes. It's a win for you; it's a win for elephants. I just got mine in the mail yesterday and they are wonderful! I got the blue elephant sneakers, and they are 10 times more comfortable than Converse, plus they're so much cuter. Not only are the shoes great, but I received multiple updates on the status of my order before receiving them, which was very nice considering it takes them a while to ship, as they're custom made. This way, you don't feel like you just sent your order off into an empty void that you don't hear from for weeks. They arrived faster than expected, too! About two weeks. The best part of this company though isn't just the quality of their products and their wonderful customer service; it's that their company stands against animal cruelty towards elephants. To buy a pair of shoes and know that your purchase is going towards saving baby elephants makes you feel like your shopping addiction actually has a purpose! Amazing.

I have 4 pairs of their shoes for over 6 months now! Things to know

Quality: I wear one of them everyday to work and is really holding up! Still as good as new. The print on the boots is so colorful. I dont take them hiking though i dont want to risk damaging the print.

Sizing: I always order a size US7 and it fits just like my other shoes! My sister ordered a size US8 because she usually wears US8.5 they were a bit big but their staff sent her a replacement for another one. If you usually wear a half size they dont carry you should probably round down.

Service: I never needed to contact them but as I said they sent a brand new pair to my sister and let her keep the first pair which is great.

Delivery: order took around 19 days to arrive which I knew beforehand so didnt mind at all.

I love them! I even went out on a snow storm, my feet stayed warm and dry. My sister is now getting a pair of boots as well.

I bought some Wolf car seat covers which arrived yesterday, they fit Just fine on my honda crv and look very cool! They look very similar to the pictures. Will probably buy some horas covers next.

This is the third pair of Boots I have purchased from this site. The first one was purchased a year ago and it still looks as good as new! They are quite warm but If you choose the right socks you should be able to Wear them year round. Sizing is pretty precise IMO

I received my turtle boots around 5 days ago. I didnt know what to expect but honestly I love them! They look just as the pictures on their site and are quite comfortable. The person who attended my emails was very nice with me as well.

I ordered three pairs of sneakers on december, my neighbor liked them so much she got a pair for herself! Expect a few weeks for delivery. If you usually wear half sizes I would recommend choosing the smaller whole size. Very pleased with service overall
