Very untrustworthy organisation
I am still trying to obtain a refund for an undelivered order and so far am having no luck getting anyone to return my emails. Their courier company wont deal with me directly, however I have had access to their shipment details. For anyone ordering thinking that this company sells sustainable products or is in any way concerned about the environment this is the journey my order has taken so far (assuming via air)...

I didn't know what to expect when ordering my shoes but honestly I was pleasantly surprised. The package took roughly 3 weeks to arrive. I am a teacher and wear them to work almost every day! My students love them.

Not impressed with this company at all and would not recommend using them. I ordered a pair of boots in black and silver. The pair that arrived were green and of a very poor quality (arrived from china!) I emailed to ask how to return my boots as they were not what i ordered and i received a reply saying i did not qualify for a refund or swap as the boots i was sent matched their quality standard! Clearly the boots they show on their website are not anything close to what is actually made!

Lovely experience! I actually ordered a size 8 which was a bit to big for me. They actually sent me a replacement and let me keep my first pair! That was a first time for me definitely. I ordered back in October and have been using them for a few months now. Will order more shoes for summer.

Elephantsity, you've really disappointed me. I was hit with an unexpected customs fee. This fee was not made clear when I was shopping on your site, had it been made clear, I would not have continued to make the purchase. I queried this with Customer Services who sent me a link to a page which explained the fee, which at this late stage is useless to me - this should have been flagged earlier on at the purchase stage! Instead, I was left with the dilemma of pay up, or customs will destroy your order. Thanks for that Elephantsity, really helpful! I was also unhappy about the fact that the boots were shipped from China, increasing my carbon foot print, thanks for that. Any feel good factor I had in purchasing these boots has gone.

Just got my elephant Boots 2 weeks ago and I love them so far. I take them to work every Day! They are very comfy. I usually Wear them with thin socks since my city is quite warm all year round.

I have recently bought very beautiful boots. They look lovely but the quality is not acceptable. The material is damaged with the slightest touch so the toes were badly scuffed after the first wear. I am not wearing the boots for any heavy duty work, i have been very careful with them so its a disappointment that the quality is poor. They are expensive for what they are

I but some giraffe shoes from this company on October and was very pleased with the product. Have been wearing them every weekend! Love the colors as well. Product took 3 weeks to arrive which they mention before you purchase!

I order boots from Elephantsity in August 2018. When they arrived approximately 6 weeks later (in line with their time-frame) I was very pleased with their appearance, fit and comfort. However, I was soon extremely disappointed with the quality.

Both shoes broke on the same day while I was work. This is the result of casual daily wear and nothing extreme. I feel that I have paid a premium price for boots which were of poor quality.

I was not overly concerned with the slight cracking that appeared on the top of the boots however, as can be seen from the attached photograph, both soles came away from the shoe. This caused a hazard at my place of work when it happened, and further left me without reliable footwear for the winter months. I have since had to buy more boots to replace these ones, which should have lasted for a lot longer.

I complained online, but received no response. I have since written 2 emails to the Customer Service team, the first one dated 15th December, and still had no reply, although they state that they will response within 48 hours.

A friend of mine bought boots shortly before I did, which is how I found out about them, and hers are also unwearable now.

I cannot recommend the footwear from Elephantsity.

I actually found out about these guys because my sisters bought one of their boots. I knew I had to have one pair so I ordered the bohemian elephant boots. I have gotten several compliments on these and they are very comfortable. Will buy more in the future!

It’s a scam!! You will not receive anything. Disgusted that people make their money this way...

Ordered some sneakers and a pair of elephant boots for christmas! They seem to be true to size since I ordered a size US8 and they fit fine! They are my go to boots for winter.

I ordered a pair of car seat covers and a blanket! I must say I was truly impressed with the quality of both. They look just like the pictures on their site. :) got both items in 3 weeks.

Having the same problems as the two people below. I live in the uk and Spent the equivalent of 200 dollars getting my girlfriend Christmas presents. Spend three weeks tracking the shipments having paid extra money for a quicker delivery only to find out DHL have to return the goods. I had DHL look into the problem and elephantsity have been warned several times apparently and are now banned after continuing to undervalue goods. They said the items I bought were 30 dollars just to avoid paying taxes apparently. No response from elephantsity as of yet.

Update: elephantsity have being in touch and were very honest and apologetic. The delivery may not arrive till after Christmas now but a refund for my express deliveries are being issued. They responded the same day for myself.

I am having exactly the same trouble as the reviewer below. I am chasing an order and hitting brick wall with DHL and Elephansity who are ignoring my e mails too. Am trying to work out how to get my money back. Any advice anyone.

Not impressed

Was informed by Elephantsity of a delivery exception ?? in regards to an order I placed. Having contacted DHL Express U.K, I was reliably informed U.K Customs & Excise have stopped goods being imported into U.K by this company for consistently importing with either incorrect paperwork, and/or constantly undervaluing goods being imported. Due to the above, goods are quarantined awaiting return to shipper. As I emailed this information to Elephantsity last Thursday, I am somewhat amused no response from this company is forthcoming.

Be aware if you order from outside the U.S. If you live in the U.K. you will be stung for an extra £20 to £30 taxes. Elephantsity need to be more transparent and helpful to make customers aware of these extra charges.
