I started getting interviews in late February, and they picked up in March. After only 89 days in the program I received an amazing job offer. It wouldn’t have been possible with the support and work from joint Elevated Tech’s program.

I participated in Elevated Tech's 3 month program in the Fall of 2025. I did not have a guarantee in my contract given that I had higher salary exceptions and I was also not interested in job stacking. Here is my overall assesment:
PROS: A lot of good information in the modules on how to improve your resume, cover letter, and how to follow up with hiring managers/recruiters. My career coach was always available and supportive during the program. The team in charge of applying for jobs was very responsive and able to answer my questions throughout.

CONS: Out of the hundreds of jobs the team applied on my behalf, I only had had 3 interviews during the 3 month process. I had to continually decrease my salary requirements during the program in order for the team to meet the daily quota of applying to jobs. While my career coach was available and supportive during the process, she didn't seem to have a strategy on how to improve my chances of landing an interview outside of changing my resume.

Elevated Technologies has been an incredible resource in my career journey. With their support, I was not only able to land a new job but also expand my network and connect with projects directly aligned with my field. The one-on-one coaching is outstanding and very personalized, practical, and genuinely focused on helping you grow.

They do everything they say they will do, and they're friendly, caring people, who will work around your schedule to make your dreams come true. I was like most people probably, who couldn't help but think it must be some type of scam. Well I'm here to emphatically tell you, it is not a scam. Again, it's exactly what they say it is. In my experience they've actually over-delivered, and I could not be happier with the results so far. It's a great company with great people. I worked with Elevated Tech to secure a 2nd role. The price tag was fair and the onboarding was quick with my coach and support team. From when I first heard about Elevated it sounded like the way to go. I had been applying for jobs and getting nowhere. Elevated did not disappoint. I received six interviews in my first week after I revamped my resume according to their software and my coach Chanel’s suggestions. Chanel gave me invaluable feedback before and after listening to one of my recorded interviews and I took this and ran with it. I’m happy to say that I signed an offer for a Regional Sales Manager position of Northern California and Oregon on Friday. Base salary of $120k and OTE of $200k and uncapped commission. After being laid off at the end of 2024, the SYS program and career coaching services provided me with the resources, confidence, and assistance to eventually secure the position after several months of independently applying for jobs without success.
