Paul's Career Mastery program is grossly overpriced and upsettingly does not deliver. I regret signing up and spending $8,800 on this service which is not worth more than $1,500. I signed up for the program in August and have not got a single job interview through their services. I spoke with another service and they immediately shared with me that during the 7 months I had been working with Paul's team that my LinkedIn score had dropped to 40 (a critically low score) and they were able to go through point by point why. This is a score that I can't see, but Paul's team can and they didn't monitor it or share it with me. I got to this score following their program. Fail! The program operates more like group therapy or a book club than a placement service. The first 25 minutes or so of every meeting is spent doing mindfulness practices. The group meetings after the first couple weeks are not well structured or moderated and are mostly a waste of time. The content and recommendations are not current compared to what is available from other leading sources. As an example, I shared the major article "The Lost Generation" by Jacob Savage with Paul a couple weeks after it came out in December and had been all over social media and asked if he was aware of it and what his thoughts were on adapting my job search based on it. He said he wasn't aware of it and encouraged me to just keep following his program which did not address the critical demographic discrimination issues in the article that have and do impact me directly. Another example is how I was being recommended to use AI heavily but how this was hurting my score. Some members of Paul's team are not experienced or credible in the trainings or coaching they lead. One team member leads coaching sessions on executive presence - but she doesn't have it herself. Other sessions on networking and presentation skills were at a community college level - not for seasoned professionals as the service caters to. When I had questions I had to join an office hours meeting and wait sixty minutes to ask a question that could have been answered with an email. I sent messages to the team that didn't get responses for days at a time. There was no point person for me and I had to shop through the team to try to find answers to questions. A key deliverable at the beginning was not delivered to me on schedule and I had to ask for it multiple times. I noticed twice that jobs that I had selected and approved to be applied for on my behalf by the team were not getting applied for. They had to poke someone in the Philippines to get back to my account after jobs went more than a week without being applied to. They said I had reached my limit and I had to remind them that I was sold 150 job applications in a month. Then they started again and they stopped again and I asked why and was told that I was sent an email already explaining things - I checked - I never got an email or message telling me anything. After asking multiple times I finally got a message explaining that my services were done and that I had to apply for jobs on my own now. This is when I learned that the fee I paid of $8,800 only got me 150 job applications total! On my sale call where I purchased the services I was told that if I didn't have a job offer that met my parameters after 90 days that they would put the money back on my credit card until I landed a job. After 7 months when I was out of money I asked them to please do this. This resulted in a call with Paul where he reviewed a transcript of the first part of my sales call with his team member, but not the last part where apparently the recording stopped and I was told about the 90 day offer which led me to have the confidence to venture the very high fee. There were no questions from Paul about my job search or assistance to adapt or get the value I needed from the program - just a push to keep following the program which clearly was not working for me. This program does not come close to delivering on the expectations suggested in the marketing of landing a job in 90 days. The sales tactics are questionable. The value is painfully negative. I recommend other placement services that have professionals with years of experience who have placed tens of thousands of seasoned professional job seekers and who are visible thought leaders on the cutting edge of the daily changing job market.

Paul's program provides all the tools someone needs to understand who they are, and to take control over their life. The program combines personal psychological discovery, emotional and energy wellness, with individual goal planning to create an experience that provides everything someone needs to learn who they are, what they want, and how to achieve those goals.

Other programs I've seen offer some similar pieces, but I've never seen anything that puts everything together to provide a complete program based around helping each person find their own, personal path to wellness and accomplishing your goals.

Energy Awakening is a great thing for anyone. Anywhere. I did the sessions from 1/2024- March 2024 But, it’s especially good for someone like myself with a racing mind with a desire to execute something from a random idea to a complete creative work. With tools like mindfulness, breathing and goal/strategy template. It’s good to get out of my mind and into my body and it feels good. It sounds easy. But I wouldn’t know where to start if I were just reading books and trying to teach myself. Having professional teachers is always better.
