Our conveyancing was done by Honor. She was fast, efficient conveyancing. Informative, forthcoming and contactable. Pretty much everything you would want from a conveyancer.

My only slight gripe (and it really is slight) was that some of the communication seems to be from templates, and a lot of repetition in communications, although this may be essential so they ensure they cover everything they need to comply with regulations, it just made it feel a bit impersonal at times. However, whenever contacted by phone she was always fully aware of the current situation and very helpful

Donna was absolutely incredible. From the first phone call introducing herself, to getting us through to completion, she made the experience such a delight and so much less stressful than I expected. We had a few hairy moments during the process, she took control, led on all the stressful people related elements and got us through to completion in record time. I think it was 10 weeks to the day in a 4 house chain! Would absolutely recommend over and over and if we ever move again there's only one conveyancing firm I'll be using.
