I highly recommend staying away from this car park! My experience was incredibly disappointing. Despite paying a hefty fee for the shuttle service, the shuttle bus that arrived was not what I expected. Instead of a direct ride, I ended up being taken to other terminals to pick up other families.
It was a cramped situation, I felt like I was crushed in the van like a sardine! This discomfort, combined with the high parking fees, made my entire experience frustrating. I won't park here again, even if the parking were free. It’s just not worth the money; overall, I ended up spending over £100 for the worst service!

Directions to the car park fail to tell you where the car park actually is, nothing is sign posted. The car park itself has shutters down and looks abandoned and the inside is littered with rubbish.
It takes about 4/5 phone calls to get through to get someone to open the shutters. They charge an extra £20 fee to "shuttle" you to the airport, refusing to leave until the money is bank transfered, Incredibly uncomfortable experience and stress you do not need before a flight.
Upon arrival back, the company does not respond to emails or WhatsApps, took multiple phone calls to multiple numbers to get through again. At 10pm they told us to catch public transport to the car park as they weren't running the shuttle service, even with public transport this meant walking a fair way with two suitcases, as a result we booked an Uber.
When standing back at the car park, with no instructions we had to call the number again as to how to enter. We were told to wheel our cases up the ramp that cars use to enter the car park and wait by the shutters, after doing this we still were left waiting there 15 minutes with no sign of anyone letting us in.
Another phone call just to be told a code to enter on the pad that opened the shutters, could this information not have been explained to us multiple phone calls ago. Honestly save yourself the stress and aggravation of staying in this sorry excuse of a business and car park. Scam.

Despite following instructions and calling ahead 45 min before arriving at the airport the pick up was not at the terminal on arrival. It took multiple 7-8 calls to get through from the airport and the pick up eventually arrived over an hour late. This also cost twice as much for the drop-off parking. They were prompt on the return. Though the driver didn't seem to know which car he'd just driven to the airport and but wanted an additional £5 payment. Not clear what for and there was rubbish left in the car. Finally their drivers have no distinguishing uniform or equivalent not even hi vis. Categorically the worst airport parking experience I have ever had

If we could give no stars we would. The place you leave your car is like a post apocalyptic bomb site. There is no official office - site consists of a disused car park with a plastic chair and table outside in the middle. We paid for their park and ride service and were told that we needed to pay £15 upfront before they would take us to the airport. They said this consisted of £7 Heathrow charges going to the airport and £8 to return.
When our flight arrived we telephoned the number on the booking. Instead of being picked up and taken back to our car a driver turned up in our car (after over one hour of waiting). We were given our keys so we could leave. However we were told that we would need to pay £8 to get out of the airport. When I told the driver that we had already paid he said he didn’t have any money and that we would be refunded if we provided bank details, which we did. Despite this and several calls and messages to chase payment (over 7 weeks waiting) it still has not been made. This service is run by con men and I wished I read these reviews before booking - avoid like the plague!!
Horrific parking service that does not follow their written procedures
We booked through Park & Go and were very disappointed and shocked from arrival to last minute of return. Car park was locked, the written arrival & return procedures were not there. They told us to use the Heathrow bus transfer to reach the terminal but there were no buses to take us there on time and had to use a taxi. No one on site and everything has be done over the phone. The return was horrifying, we were told to take the Heathrow train from Terminal 4 to 5 so that we should wait for bus 442 to take us back to the car park. They do not operate bus transfer as stated in their guidance. Those people are cowboys and should not be trusted. I must have made at least 5 calls during arrival and return to park and claim my car. You do need this hassle when flying. Will never use this company again and Park & Go should report them to Stains council as they lease this carpark from them.

We had an appalling experience. Car park was locked, no staff member to greet us, late pick ups, awful driving & minibus condition.
On return, we waited nearly 3hrs to be picked up.
On complaining, airport traffic was blamed and false call times were given.

Absolute shambles of a 'company'. The most unprofessional experience I have had. Too late by the time you get to the airport. Just dont use this company.
Dropped off my car to a Holiday Inn car park, had to pay the drop off and pick up charge there and then. Got driven to the terminal in what looked like a stolen car - disgusting.
On my return, at least 20 phone calls, most were unanswered, had to wait over an hour outside even though I called on landing and when I collected my bag.
Then the car turned up, covered in mud! Then I had to pay the fee AGAIN to exit the car park.
Rude, ignorant employees, just a scam outfit, spend a few extra pounds and use the airport meet and greet.

Nous avions signalé un changement d’horaire à l’avance via leur robot téléphonique, lequel nous a confirmé qu’il n’y avait aucun problème. À notre arrivée, le personnel nous a pourtant refusé l’accès à la navette vers l’aéroport, sans aucune discussion possible ni recherche de solution.
Résultat : obligation de repartir en urgence vers un autre parking.
L’état du site est tout simplement inadmissible : accès très particulier et peu pratique, circulation compliquée, emplacements extrêmement étroits, sol boueux, flaques partout. Notre voiture ainsi que notre valise ont été fortement salies dans des conditions indignes d’un service payant.
Concernant le remboursement, la réponse du directeur est tout aussi édifiante : selon lui, j’aurais dû lire les conditions générales de vente et envoyer un email pour modifier l’horaire, alors même que leur propre système automatique, censé être officiel puisqu’il valide la demande, m’avait indiqué qu’il n’y avait aucun problème. Une gestion pour le moins incohérente.
Refus total de reconnaître le dysfonctionnement, refus de rembourser un service non fourni, aucune écoute, aucune prise de responsabilité.
Cette entreprise est un parfait exemple de ce qu’il ne faut pas faire en matière de relation client.
Je déconseille très fortement ce parking et n’y remettrai jamais les pieds.

Bei Abflug war die Abgabe in Ordnung, das Schlimmste war bei Ankunft. Mein Flug landete eigentlich um 8 Uhr, und in der Buchung habe ich etwas Verspätung geschätzt und 9 Uhr angegeben. Unser Flug war pünktlich, ich habe bei der Parkplatz angerufen, trotzdem soll ich eine Stunde warten, was ich nicht professionell finde.

Ik had 2 kilometers meer op mijne teller staan dat ik parkeerde????? Veel te lang moeten wachten terwijl we al op voorhand hadden gebeld, zoek uwe auto maar staat wel ergens.nee betaal volgende keer wat meer .en dan het busje zijn remmen zatten ijzer op ijzer te rijden (remmen).en hoe ze rijden roekeloos dit met kinderen erbij schandalig.....

I don’t know how this place is even a business. Awful customer service, parking in someone’s back garden with Tetris style parking, surprised no one’s cars were scratched or stolen.
The people who work there are rude and DANGEROUS drivers. On the phone constantly.

Waited an hour and 40 outside departures In the cold to be picked up and when we phoned to ask for a estimate of time to collect he kept saying 20 minutes, 2 minutes, yet was left 1 hour 40.
No apology when arrived, bundled into a rickety van where the driver was smoking and on his phone, swerving and speeding.

Had to pay an extra £10 for the shuttle to the airport and had to wait so long that I started to worry I'd miss my flight. Over an hour's wait to be picked up on my return. The driver seemed very stressed and really should get himself a hands-free phone. Overall, I did get my car back in one piece, but the experience wasn't a good one.

No security onsite, keys left in containers in a field, car being moved in random places, no reception, no paper work. Van in awful condition, no booking system and only 1 driver available.

Can i give less than 1 star ?
Down a dark residential road with NO SIGN to tell you where it is, into a field with just a gap in a wall. Deep pot holes road and the "reception" was just 2 locked containers. Finally arrived at Elite with little help at 4.30 (check in 5am to fly at 7am). Transport turned up at 4.55 to drop off people that had been waiting OUTSIDE for 60 minutes !! Their car was burried 4 deep so took another 20 minutes to find keys and move them in the dark and raining. Another couple turned up after not being able to find the place either. FINALLY got everyone and cases loaded and to the airport at 5.30am. Only good thing was we were so late checking in there was no queueing. Arriving back in the UK we followed the instructions given and ended up waiting 60 minutes again then had to go to the north terminal to pick up 2 more couples who had been waiting the same time !!
We made a BIG mistake going with this shady company instead of one of the big ones we normally use just to save some ££. NEVER AGAIN, its Purple Parking every time from now on. They do what they say they will when they will. You have been warned !!

What went right with this booking? Absolutely nothing, it was the most unprofessional, rude experience I've ever had.
I booked 4 cars as there were 15 of us holidaying together. They were happy to take the money but then on the day said they couldn't get us all to the airport as they only have one mini bus. We ended up dropping everyone off (at a cost to us at gatwick) apart from the 4 drivers who then drove to the parking address. It was extremely difficult to find. Once inside, I got out of the car and sunk in the mud. I didn't get a good feeling and didn't want to leave my car there but at this point, I had no choice.
They then charged us another £40, £10 each for the shuttle bus which was filthy. The driver continued taking and making calls, even after I asked him not to while I was in his care. He was extremely rude.
We were picked up by someone different, same filthy mini bus and same rudeness. Took him over an hour to get to us, kept messaging saying I'll be 10 mins, not true at all.
How this service is able to continue running is beyond me. I would be surprised if they even hold driving licences, let alone insured to carry paying passengers. They illegally use their phones and don't appear to care about their passengers in any way.

I booked this company through a comparison website as their costs were reasonable. When I arrived at the site there were no signs indicating the location. When I eventually found the site, Ii was told by our courier it would cost an extra £10 for the transfer to the airport ? Why was this cost not included in the original quotation online ? It was not stated on any booking until you have paid and booked the trip ?
I certainly wouldn’t recommend this company !!

Disgusting service, very rude on arrival and no apparent parking system. Transport vehicle - one seatbelt did not work, grinding breaks and the driver talking and Texting whilst driving (no hands-free used). The return journey, we followed the instructions to call once luggage collected and the vehicle only had space for 1 person (we were 2 females) and then suggested could take 1 to the car park to collect car to then come back for the other person!!! Said this was not acceptable so told to wait and would be 40minutes. On return to car park we were locked in the van while my car was searched for to then return to say “are you sure your car is pink!! Car was then found after about 20minutes - not an experience you want early hours of the morning after a long travelling time. DO NOT USE THIS MICKEY MOUSE COMPANY

I’m shocked at how terrible this service is. I really wish we’d have been able to read reviews first as we would never have booked it.
We didn’t realise that it was 20 minutes away from the airport and impossible to find.
When needing to be picked up from the airport, there was no answer for ages and we were left waiting for over an hour.
We then got picked up and our car wasn’t there, after clicking our key and it not unlocking anywhere he realised it was in a golf course car park 5 minutes away as they had so many cars they had to move it.
The blokes speed was also over the speed limit which was scary, especially with the wet roads.
You also have to pay an extra £10 cash each way which we didn’t realise but luckily had.
We will never ever ever book that again
