Really pleased with our wine fridge. Ordered earlier than we needed to take advantage of an offer and glad we did. Really good communication from the team re delivery scheduling etc.

The fridge arrived in just a few days, quicker than the guide delivery timescale. The couriers were very good, removed and took away the bulk of the packaging and placed the wine fridge where I wanted it. The instructions were easy to use and it took little time to get the wine fridge set up and in action.
The one caution I would give to folk when buying a fridge is to be aware that the bottle capacity numbers are for Bordeaux style bottles [that is very clear on the website]. I ended up getting about 10 less bottles in the fridge than the Bordeaux capacity numbers stated because just about every other style of bottle is wider; champagne, Bourgogne, Rioja, Loire, chianti etc.
So it may be better getting the next size up unless you drink exclusively Bordeaux.

Solid communication from the team at Elite. From the point of order to the dispatch and delivery we were kept informed at every step.

The contracted delivery/install company were fantastic and did a great job getting our unit through a tight door.

I purchased a wine cooler in 2023 and unfortunately just about a year later, it stopped working. I emailed Elite Wine Refrigeration to enquire about local service agents and a few messages later I received an email advising that a new unit would be provided FOC, including shipping to the Channel Islands. Unit arrived safe and sound. I rarely experience such great service these days and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

I contacted Elite Wine Refrigeration with a view to placing an order for four large single zone coolers to replace a spiral cellar I was leaving as a result of a house move.

Whilst the coolers I was interested in were discontinued, Hayley was quick to propose an alternative that would be available within my required timeframe.

From placing the order, everything was made very simple and easy to understand. The delivery and install by Bishopsgate went without a hitch, and I only broke sweat when I had to move the 55 or so cases of wine to the new location!

A friend of mine recommended 'La Sommeliere' brand for a wine fridge (great performance, good price and nice design). I found mine with Elite Fridges.
Customer service was top-class, Hayley patiently answered all of my questions. I am based in Ireland so I was hesitant about the ease of delivery from the UK. The process was smooth and I was informed of each step of the journey, actually the fridge arrived faster than I thought. Delivery and setup was made with 2 people which ensured an efficient process. A few weeks after my purchase I reached out again to Hayley to ask technical questions about the fridge and I got a prompt response. A wine fridge is an important purchase and having the reassurance of a quality brand and great customer service gave me peace of mind, would recommend it to anyone searching for a wine fridge.

My Liebherr Wine Cabinet was beyond economic repair and the model is no longer manufactured. Phoned Elite - outlined my requirements and was advised to purchase a Climadiff Reserve 275, which was a much better value alternative. No upselling (on reflection no obligation), they organised a specialist delivery company (additional charge) due to my tricky access (had to wait a couple of weeks) and great communications. Would highly recommend.
