Very flexible and pleasant

Very professional customer service and desirable prices; overall, a pleasant and satisfactory experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for goods that this shop provides. My purchase was managed by Hayley W. [Operations Manager]; after my order had been placed, she contacted me promptly to arrange a convenient date and explained the process of heavy goods delivery. She answered every of my question, prior to and after delivery, in a polite, timely and informative manner. Delivery went smoothly and just as described.

Cherry was excellent, she was more than willing to help and arranged for an easy fix to my issue with detailed instructions. I would recommend them to anyone.

Love my Wine Cabinet and great customer service! I was also very impressed with the delivery company (Bishopsgate) that Elite Wine Refrigeration use and the helpfulness and diligence of the delivery team.

I will start by saying Elite Wine Refigeration are a benchmark for other companies to follow. All members of the team go that little bit extra, offering an exceptional service that they should be proud of. The website is easy to navigate, online chat perfect and very responsive at all times. Ordering was easy, prices competitive and communication from start to finish was without doubt the best experience I've had. Delivery was well organised and communicated and installation was very smooth and trouble free. Follow up was great as was ordering additional items for the wine cabinet later.
NB It should be noted that the wine cabinet specification (from the manufacturer) with respect to bottle capacity can be a little misleading regarding the bottle capacity if you are not aware of the following. It clearly states that it will hold X amount of 'Standard 75cl Light Bordeaux Bottles'. So anyone considering a wine cabinet or cooler needs to be aware there are many types of Bordeaux bottles, so if your wine bottles are not the Standard 75cl Light Bordeaux Bottles capacity will be compromised. My advice would be to buy a larger wine cabinet with more capacity if your circumstances permit.

You can only judge a company's customer service by the way it reacts to problems. My technical problem was acted on and quickly resolved, 5*.

Through the whole process Elite were very helpful especially making sure that the fridge got delivered to a slightly awkward location.

Really bad delivery experience. Multiplied communications before delivery, but the logistics company turned out to be inflexible, badly prepared and not user friendly. Dropped the fridge on the curb in the end. Élite was not user friendly either. I would not use them again.

Everything was done very efficiently and information given was spot on, i.e. delivery date/time etc. The delivery men were great but unfortunately the goods were damaged and had to be taken back. However within the hour I was contacted and told a replacement would be sent out.

Every person involved with our purchase have been polite, well informed and very helpful from the original inquiry to the delivery.Plus the fridge is smart and just what we wanted

I have been looking for a large capacity wine fridge. The online chatroom has provided very useful advice to my queries. Ordering lead time was 6 weeks with regular updates on the progress and final delivery precisely sticking to schedule.
