We specialise in the resale of luxury pre-loved items. Watches are particularly popular and our USP is to have a minimum of 50 Rolex’s in store at anyone time. In addition to this we also buy gold, silver and all precious metals and stones. Our most popular watch brands are: Rolex ( Submariner’s , Daytonas, GMT’s, Sky Dwellers, YachtMasters, Datejusts, explorers, Airking’s ), Audemar Piquet, Patek Phillip, Cartier, Tag Heuer, Breitling, Jacob & Co, Gucci, IWC, Girard Perregaux, Longines, Rado, Bvlgari, Baumé & Mercier, Seiko, Omega, Hamilton and of course many more. Another key part of our Buisness includes; watch repairs, battery replacement, jewellery repair, jewellery adjustments and resizing. We are also very strong at finding the best prices for your scrap gold, silver, platinum and other precious metals and stones, we have a network of specialists buyers, with whom we negotiate on your behalf, to ensure you the customer gets the best possible price. We also deal with specialist coins and other currencies. For those customers looking to sell items quickly and require immediate payment, we are probably not the best price solution, as we will have to commit equity to an asset that may or may not take time to sell, therefore we have to discount our offers , to protect the business and allow for the possibility that we may have to hold the item for several months.

The young man who served me was so helpful and didn’t put on a hard sale like in some other places . He allowed me to try on the bracket and when I said I would think about it he was so kind and when I came back around an hour later he still allowed me to take my time and I am delighted with the Cartier bangle that I purchased .

first class customer service
Popped in the store yesterday looking to replace a missing screw from my watch, so in other words a bit of a nuisance to the Elite team. I was treated very politely by Max & his colleague & was amazed that he had this unusual size screw in stock. He quickly fitted it & didn't want to charge for his time & effort. I thoroughly recommend this store to anyone looking for a lovely watch or piece of jewellery.

A Swift and Professional Service...
I had my Rolex from new, purchased in the 1980's. In recent years, failing eyesight meant that the watch was seldom used so it was time for my cherished timepiece to be enjoyed by another person.
After much research on the internet, I had an idea of price that it should go for as well as what I would walk away with.
On a recommendation, I visited Elite at Marlow who appraised the watch in a professional and understanding manner as it still held a certain amount
of sentimental value for me.
I was surprised on their feedback but also that they offered the best commission on its sale.
I'm delighted to report that it sold within a couple of weeks to someone local in Marlow, despite being advertised on a number of global portals for watches.
Thanks for selling my Rolex and the associated transfer of monies in a swift and trouble-free fashion.
I can't recommend the service highly enough.
