Butterfly hoops & customer service
I love the butterfly hoops earrings so much! The work is very detailed, dainty and cute. Additionally, customer service was great as some problems occurred with the delivery but the seller made sure to solve it. I had a pleasant experience discussing the issue and resolving it. Again, the product is gorgeous and I am happy with my purchase!

Outstanding customer experience
The bracelet is beautiful but the customer service was outstanding! I asked for the bracelet to be a specific size which it was when it arrived. But I had got it wrong and it was too small. No problem. The team made it larger for me at no cost and super fast speed because I needed it for a family party. The communication was really good. The best customer experience I’ve had in a very very long time!

First Class service and Excellent Quality item
The little lock and key necklace is beautiful and good quality. I loved it so much I purchased another one for my daughter :) The packaging is first class and excellent quality; It definitely makes you feel as though you've got something special. I will be buying more.

The dainty aspect of the miraculous medal I bought for my girlfriend for her birthday was superb. Elegant, feminine, petite. She loved it! To top it off, seller’s customer service and communication was very pleasant indeed. Five stars.

Good quality necklace. Fast delivery, little disappointed with the "gift box" but that may have been a misinterpretation on my part. Seems smaller than on photos but still a great product.

I placed an order but unfortunately got an email to say it was out of stock. I was told it would be 2 weeks before my order could be fulfilled and as promised it was two weeks.
The communication was tremendous and informed of dispatch.
