Very cute but expensive
The light ordered is lovely but far too expensive for what it is! It's a plastic material and I would not think looking at it, it cost that much. Slightly disappointing but at least it's cute.

Simple yet nice design
I have quite a range from this designer. I love the ceramic finish and the simplicity of the design, it suits all decor needs. The only issue I have is the high price point. I’m not entirely sure that the quality warrants the price.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience, ordered a toy garage for my child 20th december, paid for next day delivery, it is now 9th Jan and nothing has arrived, I emailed twice to complain and have so far had no response, called and had no answer. Very very disappointed child and unacceptable customer service. The money was taken out of my account Dec 20th.

We are sorry that you have experienced this problem with your order . We received your email about the failed delivery over the Christmas weekend and we replied once our offices were open again after Christmas. We started the investigation with the carrier immediately and they explained that they could not locate your address so we emailed you to ask for further information for the driver but we did not hear back from you . The carriers attempted delivery 3 times unsuccessfully . After having spoken to you today , we have now established that the postcode provided on the order that we received was incorrect and this is the reason that the delivery failed .
We have now shipped a second order to the correct address with Express shipping . Please do contact us on 01572 759 190 if we can help further .

This site is excellent - cheaper & better service than most places. There was a mistake with the computers & something not stocked but was advised to this quickly & order was received quickly. Beautiful plates.

Beautiful item, arrived super fast bearing in mind it was ordered in the middle of xmas and new year !(they mustn't sleep!😩) well packaged and even came with batteries !
